Started off well in the under 1 and under 2 rooms, but from age 3 onwards this place simply cannot handle children. We were getting daily phone calls to pick up our child, sometimes within 1–2 hours of drop-off. Reasons? Child was loud, interrupting sleeping kids, or distracting others. Our child is 3 years old. This is normal behaviour, and it’s the staff’s job to manage it, not call parents every time it happens. The educators came across as weak and unwilling to deal with basic toddler behaviour. Instead of resolving issues, they defaulted to sending kids home. It’s completely unreasonable to drop your child off at 8:30–9:00am and be told to pick them up again by 10:30–11:00am. We had multiple meetings, but they felt like box ticking exercises with no real outcomes. There’s also a gap between what’s promoted and what actually happens. A large outdoor field that barely gets used, and animals that don’t exist beyond a few chickens. The centre is overly rigid and lacks common sense. Other parents were saying the same thing. Not surprisingly, the manager resigned during our time there. The most telling part our child moved into another room with better educators and immediately thrived. That says everything. The issue wasn’t the child, it was the staff. Since leaving, our child is doing well at another daycare that actually listens and manages behaviour properly instead of constantly calling parents. I hope things improve under new management, but our experience was poor. If we had our time again, we would have left sooner.

Our 3 children have been attending Little Miracles Tuggerah for the last 3 years. From the moment they started, we felt welcomed into the environment and have really appreciated the effort the educators go to in order to make our children feel valued. The relationships the educators have built with our children has helped them to thrive and become confident in their learning. Thank you for all the hard work you put.

We have moved from Little Miracles Terrigal to Little Miracles Tuggerah (purely because of location, we adored Terrigal) and I’m so pleased that LM Tuggerah is just as amazing. The staff are so genuine, loving and professional with my son. He’s learning, he’s playing, he’s being comforted so kindly if he’s upset and so well fed! His own words were “I love this new daycare” on his way home from his first day. The centre itself is so clean and beautiful, and I’m so pleased with all the shade and cover in the outdoor area. We get lots of photos and feedback and they call right away if they need to, which keeps my anxiety at bay. My son feels safe and happy and that makes me feel the same. Thank you Little Miracles! 💜🩷

We had a deeply disappointing experience at this daycare. Our child, who has special needs, was asked to leave because they lack the skills and willingness to accommodate children with disabilities. It’s clear they prioritise appearances and profits over the well-being of all children. They seem more focused on maintaining a certain image in the community than fostering inclusivity or truly supporting diverse needs. What’s even more concerning is the pattern of negative reviews disappearing—something I’ve noticed after reading others’ experiences here. If your child can fit into their narrow definition of “normal” and doesn’t disrupt their carefully curated image, you might be okay. But if your child requires any additional support, don’t expect compassion or understanding from this place. I cannot recommend this daycare to anyone who values inclusivity, transparency, and genuine care for children.

My children are so happy to go to school every day proves how much they love it and love the bonds the staff show with my kids and the staff are all so lovely only centre i have felt so comfortable leaving my children there thank you everyone

Fantastic childcare centre, the staff are amazing and very accommodating to my child’s needs. Could not be happier with everything that they do. Lots of fun activities and it’s great to see everything on the Kinderloop app.

Highly recommend this centre. It’s a larger centre but it has the feel of a smaller centre. It still feels intimate and all the staff are so friendly. I like that it’s ran like a business, all communication is very clear and if we ever have any questions there’s always someone available to answer. My daughter has flourished since attending this centre

Haven’t met a perfect centre before but this one definitely tops it, all the staff are absolutely lovely and so supportive.
