We love this daycare. Our daughter started in Jan 2026 in the little pioneers room. We were very nervous considering it is our first child and unaware of the world of daycare but Georgia and Rhiannon (and the rest of the team) answered all our queries and questions. They invited us to do a room tour and also an orientation day with our daughter to make us and her feel more comfortable. Ash (room leader) and Mela are beautiful and our daughter seems to love them as well! All centres have their issues and this one is fairly new so we knew there would be a few teething errors but the team have handled it really well and we feel as though they have been really transparent with us. My only notes are that I would love more shade in the play areas and a little more privacy from the road! Maybe a couple more trees.

Fantastic childcare service. The educators are caring and supportive, and both of our daughters have loved their time here since starting. We’ve seen them learn and grow so much already. Communication with parents is great, and we always feel confident leaving our children in their capable hands.Highly recommend!

We absolutely can't fault Little Zak's at Richmond. We love the staff, centre, community, activities ..... everything about it. She's learning more and more every single day and loves every second. We wouldn't change a thing. LOVE IT 🤩😍

My Son Started with Little Zaks this year and i have nothing but high recommendations. The staff are always so welcoming espically leaving my son on his first day. They have been attentive, loving, supportive and most importantly so professional. What an amazing center.

Little Zak’s Academy Richmond has been an amazing experience for our family. The staff are incredibly kind, polite and always greet both kids and parents with a warm smile every morning. Their communication is quick and responsive, which gives us great peace of mind. The centre has a wonderful play area suitable for all age groups, and they balance fun activities with real educational focus. One of the best parts of their curriculum is the inclusion of Spanish and Yoga. My little one has picked up both so well and even started using Spanish words and following yoga poses at home, which is truly impressive! Overall, a fantastic daycare with caring educators, great facilities, and a thoughtful curriculum. We are very happy with Little Zak’s Academy Richmond!

Littlezaks Richmond is an amazing centre. The Director and staff are very personable, attentive and genuinely care for their families. Communication from the centre is really good and the facility itself is new, kept clean and well resourced.

My daughter started daycare for the first time ever, and I was very anxious about leaving her in someone else’s care. But all the ladies at Little Zaks have been so warm, patient, and reassuring that they’ve truly helped me feel comfortable with this big transition. She is adapting well learning, and becoming more confident every day. I really appreciate how they always update me on how she’s going, doing, and settling. They also take the time to listen to her routine and make sure she is happy and supported throughout the day and I love to see the updates and photos on the app, I call all the time but they never make me feel like I’m bothering them when I call to check in, they are always kind and understanding. Thank you to all the amazing ladies (Cherry, Sarah, Georgia, Fraces, Rhi, Amy, I can’t name them all haha but everyone is lovely) you have made this experience very positive for our family. We are very grateful, keep up the great work! 💜
