We love the community, variety of learning and genuine care. Consistent communication and regular updates have been so helpful. We have never had any concerns - but feel confident that if something occurred it would be promptly and professionally managed. Its always a clean and pleasant environment to be in, with warm educators and plenty of enriching activities for little people to thrive.

This centre was recommended to me by a manager who previously managed the centre, after my children’s previous childcare centre suddenly closed. While the educators were friendly and welcoming to me and my children, there were several concerns that affected my confidence in the care provided. Communication was often inconsistent. On some occasions, staff were not fully aware of incidents involving my child, which raised concerns about information being communicated between educators and management. I also found that updates about my children's day were limited. The centre relied mainly on a communication board and I can only check it once I pick up my kids in the afternoon, and sometimes when i’m in a rush I forget to check the white board, rather than providing live updates through the app, making it difficult to know about meals, sleep, hygiene, and other important daily information. What disappointed me most was the lack of activity updates and learning stories during my children's final weeks at the centre. I contacted the manager and emailed to ask why I had not received any activities or learning stories for over a week. I was advised that these updates had been stopped once I informed the centre of my children's last day. As I was still paying full fees with CCS and my children were still attending the service, I expected them to continue receiving the same level of care, documentation, and communication until their final day. While I appreciate the friendliness of the educators, I believe there is room for improvement in communication, incident reporting,consistency of updates, and ensuring families continue to receive the same level of service throughout their entire enrolment.

Kintaco is a wonderful childcare centre, with such a warm and homely feeling. All staff are so friendly and welcoming, all of which I was what I was looking for. My 6 month old son started in April this year and the process to getting him enrolled was straightforward, we did 2 play and stay visits to get him used to being in his new environment without me, he was so comfortable with his second visit that he put his arms out for an educator. Each time my son attends we get photos followed with a learning story about what he did for the day, it’s a wonderful way to see him develop and grow. I highly recommend Kintaco Early Learning ☺️

We moved our son from another daycare to this centre and it was the best decision. The staff are so warm, caring and welcoming, and they genuinely care about the kids. The centre itself is beautiful, clean and has a lovely atmosphere. Our son settled in so quickly and loves going each day. We’re so happy we found this daycare and highly recommend it.

I like this childcare so so much ,no words can explain. My twins go to this one and they got really good care and look after so well and very clean,all staff there very lovely,friendly and gentle. Thank you so much for what you did and been doing for our children ❤️

Our little one likes it here

This is an amazing childcare centre that is such a special and unique place. The beauty of Kintaco is in its management, its staff, the beautiful premises (a converted church) and that they genuinely care about children and providing the best care for them. We see them pouring money back into the centre with incursions, community events, agriculture activities and I’ve never come across a centre similar to it. Nappies and great food are all provided, children don’t just roam free they have their own play areas indoors and outdoors suited to their age and abilities and our daughter comes home every day happy after having the best time with her friends and educators! If you’re looking for a service which goes above and beyond, is Not cookie cutter, is always updating things and toys and does cool things like library visits and drama lessons then you will find no better place than Kintaco Bayswater ❤️

Our toddler has been attending Kintaco since October. The building has many beautiful spaces/areas, indoors and outdoors, for the children to enjoy their environment and be creative. The educators are caring, inclusive and encouraging. They create fun learning experiences daily. The kids do so much in the day and we love the updates. There are group activities that include both the toddler and kindy age groups so the social interactions are not just restricted to age groups and there is a focus on individual development. Our toddler loves her days at KintaCo. We are so glad to have made the move.
