We are so so glad we chose Buttercups for my grandson. We were worried he would find it very difficult to settle in, having never been cared for outside of direct family before, however we had no reason to worry. He started back in April and we only had very brief tears on 3 days, 2 of which were in his first week. Every other day he's bounced in happily, all smiles. He talks excitedly about his day when he comes home and has a lot of friends that he loves spending his day with. He also loves the food and we know exactly what he's eaten each day.<br>The educators are so nurturing, they take the time to really know each little person in their care, and the daily communication is phenomenal. They provide updates on his progress and are always happy to discuss anything we ask about. Elaine in particular has been so supportive and helpful for my grandson, but also for the rest of us at times, though every single educator we've dealt with there has been terrific.<br>The manager Sarah has also been very supportive from the very first meeting taking time to explain everything and make things smooth and easy during a very stressful time for our family.<br>There have been a lot of fun theme days and weeks that my grandson has loved, and he's learned a lot about his world and the diverse range of people in it. We've never had a single issue all year. It's taken a lot of stress from my family to know that he is so well cared for, and so happy to be there each and every day. Thanks Buttercups for truly being awesome!

We cannot speak highly enough of Buttercups Wellard. The educators and staff genuinely care about the children and create a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment where little ones can thrive.<br><br>My boy has absolutely loved his time at the centre, and we have always felt confident knowing he was in safe, caring, and capable hands. The team has consistently gone above and beyond to support his learning, development, and wellbeing, while keeping us informed and involved along the way.<br><br>As we prepare for his transition to full-time school, we are incredibly grateful for the role Buttercups Wellard has played in his early years. Thank you to Sarah, Tiana, and the entire team for your dedication, kindness, and support. This centre has been a lovely and positive environment for my son’s first daycare experience. I can see his development, confidence, and enjoyment growing since starting here. Sarah, the centre manager, is very professional, supportive, and understanding. Whenever we have had any concerns, she has always listened and responded with care, which means a lot as a parent. Most of the educators are very lovely, caring, and responsive. My boy really enjoys his play time here and seems happy in the environment. Nothing is ever perfect, and small issues can happen anywhere, but what matters most is good communication and feeling heard. Thank you to Sarah and the team for helping make my son’s first childcare experience a positive one.

We have had a very positive experience with this centre. The staff are incredibly responsive to the individual needs of children and genuinely try to cater for complex care needs. From our personal experience as parents of a child with additional and complex needs, the communication between home and the centre has been excellent. The manager, Sarah, goes above and beyond to ensure continuity of care, making sure that strategies and routines used at home are mirrored by the educators at the centre. The team is also proactive in working collaboratively with us to continually improve the level of care and support provided. It is reassuring to know our child is cared for by educators who are compassionate, attentive, and committed to meeting their individual needs.

We are so grateful for this childcare centre and all the educators here. My boy had a very difficult experience at his first childcare when he started at 3 years old. Since birth, he had always been with me, so the transition was very emotional and challenging for him. After moving to Buttercups Wellard, everything changed. He feels safe and happy. The educators are kind, patient, caring, and truly understand children’s emotional needs. They helped him build confidence and enjoy learning and socialising with other kids. I am also a first-time mum, and there were many things I did not know or worried about. The staff always made me feel comfortable asking questions and were very supportive, understanding, and approachable. It really gave me peace of mind as a parent. The biggest sign of how much he loves this place is that even though he will go to kindergarten next year, he keeps saying “I like buttercups only. I only want to go to buttercups”. As a parent, that means so much to me. Thank you to all the amazing staff for creating such a warm, loving, and supportive environment for children and families. We truly appreciate everything you do.
