We couldn’t be happier with the care and support our daughter has received at Kin.The educators are caring, attentive and genuinely invested in the children. We always feel confident knowing she is happy, safe, loved and well cared for while she’s there. We’ve loved watching her grow, learn and build such lovely relationships with the educators and other children.It is an amazing feeling walking in being greeted by all of the educators. We first started our journey with Yarra Glen Early Learning Centre and eagerly awaited the opening of Healesville Early Learning Centre for our second child to attend.<br><br>We have now been part of the KIN early learning centre family for nearly 10 years, and it has been such an amazing experience. After using another local centre and unfortunately having a negative experience, we were so relieved and excited when HELC opened.<br><br>From the moment you walk through the doors, everyone is so warm, welcoming and genuinely invested in getting to know your children. The staff go above and beyond to make each child and family feel valued, and you can truly see how much they care.<br><br>It’s going to be such a sad day when our kinder journey comes to an end with our second child, as we have thoroughly enjoyed every part of our time with both Yarra glen and Healesville early learning centre. We couldn’t be happier with the care, support and experiences our children have received over the years.<br><br>We are so grateful to the entire team for being such a special part of our family’s journey. 🤍

What an amazing place! Staff are kind and compassionate, and the facilities are second to none. The educators and the care they take have had an amazing impact on our children and I can’t thank them enough! I wouldnt want my kids anywhere else!

I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of KIN Healesville and the amazing people who make it what it is. ❤️<br><br>Our family has been part of this childcare community for well over a decade, starting with KIN in Yarra Glen with my eldest and later both of my boys. When KIN Healesville opened last year, of course we followed them!<br><br>What they have created in Healesville is truly something special. The centre itself is absolutely beautiful, but it’s the people inside it that make KIN what it is. The educators genuinely know my kids, all their different little personalities and quirks, and I have always known I’m leaving them somewhere they are safe, happy, cared for and genuinely loved.<br><br>They are a huge part of our village and truly feel like family.<br><br>I couldn’t recommend KIN Healesville more highly. We followed this wonderful team from Yarra Glen to Healesville, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat.<br><br>Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. ❤️

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Healesville KIN. My son absolutely loved going there!<br><br>The new building is beautiful, bright and thoughtfully designed, with so many gorgeous Montessori-style toys and activities for the children to explore. I especially love how much variety they offer — from pizza-making classes to animal encounters and lots of other fun, hands-on activities.<br><br>Another huge plus for us is the in-house food. Not having to prepare and pack lunch boxes every day makes life so much easier, and it’s lovely knowing the children are being provided with meals while they’re there.<br><br>It’s such a beautiful, welcoming space for kids to learn, play and experience new things. We’ve been really impressed and would definitely recommend Healesville KIN to other families. ❤️

As an educator myself i took picking a daycare for my daughter very seriously and asked about things other parents typically may not think of.<br>KIN exceeded my standards and has been the perfect fit for our family.<br>the team are so welcoming and polite and make us feel like this centre is a village instead of a childcare.<br>my daughter has been attending for around 8 months now and has learned so much and has amazing relationships with her educators.<br>the transition was incredibly smooth and i love seeing how she is greeted by the entire team each morning.<br>i have never felt uncomfortable leaving my child at this centre, she wakes up each day so excited to go to daycare and i have trouble getting her out of the centre to go home because she loves everyone there so much!<br>i would recommend KIN Healesville to any family looking for a centre that feels like home for your child.

If I could give extra stars, I would. The family at Kin Healesville & Yarra Glen have always been truly that, a family.<br>Our 3 boys have attended both centres throughout our early learning adventures (5 years), they have created some beautiful memories with outstanding staff.<br>As a parent, it can be very hard trusting in any other person to watch over your children. I can say that all the staff at KIN have my full trust. Not only has it been the same staff from the start of our journey, but there’s never been a negative experience with any of the staff or the centre. There’s always been extraordinary communication, support and care in every circumstance.<br>It’s going to be a very sad day when we have to say goodbye to KIN as they have been part of our village for many years now.<br>In a selfish way I didn’t want to post this review incase I wanted to put our boys in on extra days and the spots would all be full. On the other hand, the team deserves all the praise I can give and more.<br>Thankyou Kin Healesville & Yarra glen for ongoing love and support, not only to our boys but also us parents ❤️

Unfortunately, my experience with this daycare was very disappointing. At the beginning, everything seemed to be going well and my child was happy attending. However, after some time, there was always something negative being reported about my child.<br>Almost every time I went to pick him up, I was told about another problem or incident. I understand that children can have challenging behaviours and that these situations need to be addressed, but I felt that the communication was constantly focused on the negative rather than on working together to support my child.<br>As a parent, this became very stressful and upsetting. I expected a more supportive, understanding and constructive approach from the educators.<br>Overall, unfortunately, it was a very negative experience for both my child and me, and I would not choose this daycare again.
