Will update soon with more details and pictures. I left a review on the other centre in the same lot and franchise accidentally. During my child's attendance I have been very sick and tried to get more help from the father but as the default parent the responsibility falls onto me. I had my child attend the centre on the basis of word of mouth from others and needing to organise care quickly. The actual educators I can not fault them except after getting the cold shoulder from my valid complaints. The centre director however is horrible. I pulled out my child because of the stress and mismangement that continued. I have yet to get a clear answer for a complaint I had raised, as she likes to go round and round in circles. Whenever I raise an issue all of a sudden the centre director/staff have more forms to fill for me or a policy they noticed. I asked about my son's arm, a query not an accusation and the centre director used that thread to bring up a policy about jewellery that she said was enforced on the 1 May YET only addressed it when I raised a query about my son's skin on the 18/19 May, it kept becoming an issue. Same email thread she looped in 2 more staff members, one I did not even know and told her I did not know and asked how she was relevant to my son's care. This bled out into the care of my son. I do not care if the staff and her snob me for asking about things that are valid. In this case she put a cap on my account without my knowledge and consent and kept saying it was to protect my money. I had simply asked why now after weeks of care, who did it, where did I consent, when and where I was informed. Still no answer. When I asked her about getting my credit transferred to our new centre, she palmed it off and I had asked family support about it after and turns out it was her responsibility. This problem I had asked two other centre directors of Goodstart that had told me that it was supposed to be applied at enrolment and explained in the beginning, two separate ones. I did not care as long as my child was happy until one educator treated my son differently when I entered the room. If she can do this to my son in front of me, what would she do to him behind closed doors? I was grabbing his bag and this educator was saying all the children's name before high fiving each of them. TWICE she did not say my son's name and he looked so confused. Same educator sent my son home with food in the middle of his face and ambused me with some random survey after I had raised another issue. She laughed about how my son was falling asleep while eating and I had to hold my tongue. She kept trying to play it off and I was waiting if she noticed my son's face was dirty, right in the middle of face on his nose. She made smaller comments that alone were not harmful but continued and when put together show an ugly picture. It does not work when people dislike you, they will not care for you child properly even when they are supposed to and paid too.

I truly couldn’t have asked for a better child care centre for my son. He has ADHD, and the level of understanding, patience, and genuine care shown by the staff has meant more to our family than words can express. Their knowledge and support are second to none, and they have gone above and beyond to help my son feel safe, understood, and confident every single day. Every staff member is incredible — from the office team to the educators in every room — and it’s clear how deeply they care about the children and families they support. After a very difficult experience with a previous centre, moving my son here was the best decision I have ever made & I will be forever grateful for everything they’ve done for us. I cannot recommend this centre highly enough.

Our daughter HayHay has just started at Goodstart and the transition from a clingy mama and dadas girl was a breeze with our team here GS Brownsplains. In a short time she has become very comfortable with her educators and the environment. She has been thriving and chatting away about how much she loves her teachers and all the fun things they do. We are helicopter parents, like any parent you just want to know your child is safe and happy. GS Brownsplains have given us this reassurance and more. Thank you for being kind and patient with us too. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this daycare! In the few short years my son has attended, he has had the most incredible experience. The kindness, care, and warm, nurturing environment has helped him thrive in so many ways. I’m endlessly grateful to Miss Di and Miss Kelly for creating such a safe and supportive space where he’s been able to grow his confidence, curiosity, and social skills. All the educators are genuinely amazing and compassionate, making the daycare feel like a true second home for our family.

Amazing daycare centre. The staff are fantastic, and they genuinely care and want the best for your children. My children have attended since nursery through to kindy and the staff have become like a second family. I am so grateful for them. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this centre enough. I’ve had both my boys attend since nursery and they have always gone above and beyond for all the children. The staff are highly professional and most lovely people I’ve ever met. I adore this centre and recommend to everyone.

Great Daycare centre and great staff, we’ve had 2 children go there with one who still attends. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a “Goodstart” in their children’s education.

The Wembley road centre (one back from corner) is amazing. Both my girls went and go there and couldn't be happier. They totally accommodated their needs both nutritional and behavioural. They loved/love going there and love the staff, the staff are very professional and friendly, couldn't recommend highly enuff...

Amazing staff amazing daycare. I Would recommend this daycare centre to anyone. I'm quite a stressful parent and I feel comfortable everyday Leaving my child.

Our daughter attended this centre and the staff are so on to it in terms of allergies and making sure they are across the children's needs. Amazing centre director Mel, could not fault. The kindy team Miss Di and Miss Kelly and others are incredible and my daughter just adores them.
