After looking at a few daycare's on the beaches we walked to the doorway at thinker's and read a piece on gratitude that was in the window. Something we teach our little ones and an early clue to the learning culture and environment inside. From the outset the communication from the teachers and abundant learning environment was clear. It was clean , organised and felt like a warm environment. Reading the learning styles and walking in for an orientation it was clear we had found the right place. With now both our girls at thinkers we have been very lucky to have seen the warmth and care given to all the kids. The teachers don't have a job they have a relationship with each of the kids and it's so rare to see a culture so strong. If you're considering Thinkersinq and love to see your kids thrive, learning in their own ways with language , songs , games , exercises and craft our experience has been second to none. Highly Recommend and commend the staff on somewhere I love to drop our kid's to.

When our family moved from Germany to Sydney, we faced the task of finding the perfect childcare for our little ones, aged 2 and 3. We struck gold with Thinkers.inq! From day one, our experience has been nothing short of delightful. Our kids, initially non-English speakers, were warmly welcomed into this vibrant learning community. After some weeks, we are now regularly treated to new English words at home, much to our joy. The younger one, snug in the under-3 group, and the older one, thriving among the 3+ crowd, have found their happy places. The educators here are exceptional, blending warmth and professionalism seamlessly. They've been fantastic in helping our kids bridge the language gap, making the transition smooth and enjoyable. What truly sets Thinkers.inq apart is their approach to learning. It's learning through living. They skillfully intertwine practical, everyday tasks with educational concepts, making learning relevant and fun. This method has not only helped our kids grasp new concepts but also apply them in daily life. The facility itself is a wonderland. Every nook and cranny is thoughtfully designed, sparking curiosity and adventure. Honestly, my wife and I sometimes wish we could join in the fun – if only we weren't all grown up and expected to act like it

Great centre, amazing staff, beautiful setting. My kids have been very happy here for years and I would recommend the centre to any parent. The teaching philosophy and individualisation of children has been a great contributor to my children thriving before school. Highly recommended
Thanks so much Caroline.

Been taking our twin girls there since they were 6 months old and now they are wrapping up their final few weeks before starting big school. Rod, Tash, Anna, Naomi, and all the crew have been amazing in their care and attention to our girls. If you're looking for a daycare that you can trust with the safety and well being of your little one then this is the place. I drop them off knowing they're safe, having fun, laughing, playing and doing structured learning programs. Opening hours are great for a tradie like myself. The best daycare in Australia for sure! If I was a kid, I'd go there!
Thanks Jonathan! It has been a real honour to work and play alongside your family for the past few years.

We've had nothing but a great committed and wholistic approach to our child's wellbeing and development at Thinkers Inq. It's been a safe space where communication is honest and open and all in the interests of helping our most precious commodity our children to be the best they can be in a supported and nurturing environment. Whilst also preparing them for their next steps into the school environment. On top of that it's a long day care that is so important to many of us who can not commit to the stringent time frames set elsewhere. The nutrition is taken serious as is our individual parents requests for their children. Our eldest transitioned smoothly when we moved to a completely new are at 2.5 years old and is now 5 and about to attend school and I found out at orientation that all the requirements to be making this transition easier had been addressed by thinkers Inq. and so I'm confident our child is school ready and will go in with the required independence and skills. Our youngest has now been at Thinkers Inq. just under a year and has equally flourished and been able to make important transitions socially and interactively see her get into the pre-school class in the coming year. I would highly encourage you to send your child there if you are lucky enough to do so.

Thinkers has been an incredible gift to our family. Leaving your kids can be hard, but they made it so easy for us. Knowing our kids were seen and loved for who they really are has made the world of difference. They have given our kids the gifts of gratitude and initiative as the head into their schooling careers. 100% recommend!

I highly recommend Thinkers Inq for anyone looking for a daycare that truly fosters children's growth. When we moved our daughter to Thinkers Ink a year before she started school, we saw a remarkable transformation in her. Previously, she struggled at another daycare and would cry and be upset every day during drop-off due to constantly changing educators and high staff turnover. At Thinkers Inq, the staff are exceptional. They have long-term team who are genuinely invested in the children's education and social skills. Their commitment and involvement is evident in how they give individual attention to each child and ensure they are focused on learning while developing essential social skills

We came across ThinkersInq via our business network and have just been so impressed by both the concept and the owners, that we've registered our second child to join the new Surry Hills school in 2021. We were blown away during a one-on-one meeting where we were able to discuss their approach to learning in the context of our child's needs, concerns and everything in between. Our kids are incredibly lucky to benefit from this world-class system.

We can’t recommend Thinkers Inq highly enough. We initially moved my daughter just after it opened as I felt she was not getting enough stimulation at the day care she was in. From the day she started there my daughter absolutely loved it. All the staff were so co caring and so invested in providing her the best foundation for her future school life. Their emphasis on creative thinking and purposeful play has had a profound effect on her and she proves it every day on how she formulates ideas and plans to solve any problem. When it came time for her to leave and start school, she was totally ready and assimilated easily and seamlessly into the school system, thanks to all the preparation given to her at Thinkers Inq. Our son is now at Thinkers and he has just thrived there. His confidence in himself has grown ten-fold again due to the caring teachers and practices at the school. It will be a sad day indeed for us as a family when it is his turn to leave but we have the greatest confidence that although it will be hard for us as parents to say goodbye, I’m sure my son will move into the school system with ease. We totally recommend Thinkers Inq and its amazing, amazing staff, so if you are looking for a place that both you and your child will love and that will provide your child with a foundation of learning like no other, look no further. What is a Top Rated Centre? A top rated centre must have 5 star average reviews rating, as well as 'Exceeding' or 'Excellent' NQS rating. The National Quality Standards are a set of national benchmarks for early childhood education and care services. It includes seven quality areas like "Children's health and safety" and "Educational program and practice".
Criteria:
The National Quality Standard (NQS) is part of the National Quality Framework (NQF), introduced to enhance the quality of early childhood education and care services in Australia. Developed by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA), the NQS provides a benchmark for childcare services, from long day care and family day care to preschools, kindergartens, and outside school hours care. Under the NQS, childcare services are assessed and rated for the quality of education and care they provide. These ratings give parents a clear understanding of how well a service meets national standards, helping them make the best choice for their child’s needs.
Our average ratings are pulled from verified reviews from Google Reviews and direct parent reviews posted on the Care For Kids website.
Verified Centres are vetted by Care for Kids. As part of this process, Verified Centres undergo a financial assessment to ensure their reliability and credibility.
