We have been with Beginnings Early Learners (BEL) for the past 7 years, with both of our children attending, and as we near the end of our time with them, I feel it’s important to share our experience. The food provided is outstanding – fresh, high-quality, and made with real care. Our kids always came home full and happy (sometimes making it tricky to get them to eat their dinner!). A special mention to Shannon, whose approach, energy, and genuine enthusiasm for the children has been incredible – she is truly an asset to childcare. Brooke, the director, has also been clear, approachable, and welcoming since taking on her role, which we’ve greatly appreciated. To all the staff at BEL – thank you for the care, patience, and support you’ve given our children over the years. Even our older child, who has now moved on, still loves coming back for a visit and is always warmly welcomed. The facilities themselves are excellent – large, safe outdoor spaces with plenty of sunlight, an inclusive atmosphere, and never once did it feel like things were done on a “budget.” If you are looking for a childcare centre that provides high-quality care, excellent facilities, and staff who genuinely love what they do, I would highly recommend Beginnings Early Learners.

Very badly managed centre. Was followed up aggressively ONE YEAR LATER for outstanding fees I wasn’t aware of. Payments have always been direct debited without issue. No calls were returned after multiple attempts to gain clarity on this issue. Until I went to a different centre was I able to see how badly this centre was run. I would like to point out the staff in the rooms were excellent though.

This center is truly exceptional, with a team of wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, and highly experienced staff. What sets it apart from others is the educators' remarkable expertise and their genuine commitment to nurturing bright, confident children. I cannot recommend this center highly enough! A heartfelt thank you to the amazing admin staff and the dedicated educators of the four-year-old kindergarten. Your efforts make all the difference!

After having such an awful experience at my sons previous childcare, we approached beginnings and instantly felt at home, Brooke and her team were so welcoming to us and have accommodated my son and his needs amazingly. We are always greeted with a smiling face and no task has ever seemed to big. My son leaves for school soon and I am truly feeling the emotions of ending his journey at such an incredible centre. In future, my babies will only ever go to Brooke 🥰

Our boys have attended BEL for two years now. The centre is well equipped for handling all their busy needs! The educators are fantastic & always so helpful.

110% Reccomend this centre! My son has been going for almost 2 years, he has difficulties with interacting with other children and people, sinc attending he has come so far with making friends and loving his educators. His favourite lunch is Taco bowls! And he enjoys the fresh lunches, the fruit snacks and the afternoon tea they provide. He has picky food aversions at home where as at the centre he seems to enjoy eating and trying new foods. His little sister that is 2 had just recently started and she too is excited each morning to go! She loves her teachers and friends she has made. The centre is always very clean and tidy, and the staff are so kind and caring, they are very helpful and diverse! The kinder teacher has helped so much with my sons difficulties and helped with his key worker! I also have to mention the outdoor play area, it is so fun, my kids talk about it all the time, even my older kids when we go do pick up run out there to play with the other kids they enjoy it so much. You can tell the workers here enjoy and love their job by the way the care for the children. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

We have been apart of BEL for 5 years now and we couldn’t love it more! My daughter and son have been so well looked after here with many of the team members having a genuine connection and care for my children. My daughter goes to school now but still insists she comes to daycare drop off and pick up so she can see Brooke the director where the two of them always have a cuddle and a chat. So many of the team have been there for years and we love seeing their friendly and familiar faces. An educator Victoria even did a home delivery of supplies to us when my daughter was unwell, that’s the type of people you will get at BEL, people who actually care and go above and beyond to look after your family. As any parent knows it’s a big deal leaving your children in someone else’s hands and I feel very lucky I have a centre that I trust with my children and feel at ease in doing so.

The educators are amazing given the conditions they work under, however classrooms are very obviously severely understaffed, and management are disinterested to the point they seem amused when the situation when the issue is raised.

We love beginnings Early Learners the staff are really friendly and go above and beyond for the children and to make the parents feel at ease and the director is amazing. Would highly recommend beginnings to anyone
