Outstanding daycare centre. I pick my granddaughter up and the girls are so friendly and welcoming. Her educator Pricilla is absolutely amazing. Her communication is fantastic. She’s always friendly and always acknowledges everyone. I’m so impressed. Well done girls. I couldn’t recommend you enough.

We joined the Beginnings Early Learning family only weeks ago and we have been welcomed with open arms. Everyone is warm and friendly and my child has settled in quickly. We are ever so thankful to have these wonderful educators and staff building relationships with our child to help them to settle and be confident in their new environment.

I would like to share my positive experience with Beginnings Early Learning Alfredton. My daughter, Sienna, started her childcare journey in the Toddler Two room, where she felt happy, settled, and well cared for. She truly enjoyed her time there and developed a strong sense of comfort and belonging. Sienna is now in Pre-Kinder, and her love for the centre has only grown. She looks forward to attending each day and has learned so many new skills along the way. The nurturing and supportive learning environment has contributed greatly to her development. I would like to sincerely thank Shell and all the educators for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to creating such a positive environment for the children. Their care and guidance are genuinely appreciated. I would also like to express my gratitude to Maria, the owner of the childcare centre. She is always approachable and willing to support families, especially those who are temporary residents or facing challenges. Her kindness and understanding make a meaningful difference. I couldn’t be happier with this childcare centre. The educators are kind, patient, and genuinely care about the children. My children are happy and excited to go each day.

We have been with Beginnings Early Learners (BEL) for the past 7 years, with both of our children attending, and as we near the end of our time with them, I feel it’s important to share our experience. The food provided is outstanding – fresh, high-quality, and made with real care. Our kids always came home full and happy (sometimes making it tricky to get them to eat their dinner!). A special mention to Shannon, whose approach, energy, and genuine enthusiasm for the children has been incredible – she is truly an asset to childcare. Brooke, the director, has also been clear, approachable, and welcoming since taking on her role, which we’ve greatly appreciated. To all the staff at BEL – thank you for the care, patience, and support you’ve given our children over the years. Even our older child, who has now moved on, still loves coming back for a visit and is always warmly welcomed. The facilities themselves are excellent – large, safe outdoor spaces with plenty of sunlight, an inclusive atmosphere, and never once did it feel like things were done on a “budget.” If you are looking for a childcare centre that provides high-quality care, excellent facilities, and staff who genuinely love what they do, I would highly recommend Beginnings Early Learners.

Very badly managed centre. Was followed up aggressively ONE YEAR LATER for outstanding fees I wasn’t aware of. Payments have always been direct debited without issue. No calls were returned after multiple attempts to gain clarity on this issue. Until I went to a different centre was I able to see how badly this centre was run. I would like to point out the staff in the rooms were excellent though.

This center is truly exceptional, with a team of wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, and highly experienced staff. What sets it apart from others is the educators' remarkable expertise and their genuine commitment to nurturing bright, confident children. I cannot recommend this center highly enough! After having such an awful experience at my sons previous childcare, we approached beginnings and instantly felt at home, Brooke and her team were so welcoming to us and have accommodated my son and his needs amazingly. We are always greeted with a smiling face and no task has ever seemed to big. My son leaves for school soon and I am truly feeling the emotions of ending his journey at such an incredible centre. In future, my babies will only ever go to Brooke 🥰
