Rachel’s Place has truly become part of our family story. From the very first day we walked in, we felt the warmth, care, and sense of belonging that makes this place so special. Valeria didn’t just attend kindergarten here — she grew here. The educators took the time to really know her, support her feelings, encourage her curiosity, and help her build confidence and independence. Watching her walk in happily each morning and come home full of stories, pride, and excitement has been one of the most beautiful parts of our days as parents. Some of her happiest memories are from Forest Kindy — exploring nature, getting muddy, learning through play, and feeling safe enough to try new things. Rachel’s Place gave Valeria not only learning, but joy, security, and a love of discovery. Thank you from our hearts to the wonderful teachers and the entire Rachel’s Place community for caring for Valeria as if she were your own. The memories and foundations you’ve given her will stay with her for life, and we will always be deeply grateful.

We had our son in for 1 year and in that time he thrived and learnt so much - it was literally his 2nd home. The team set him up brilliantly to transition into prep - for example, he learnt how to pack and manage his own lunch. Plus taking them out to forest kindy each week was fantastic - it helped him get in touch with nature.

Rachel’s Place is a nurturing and welcoming environment where children truly flourish. The caring educators foster curiosity, independence, and emotional growth through a play-based, and an exceptional child-led program. Forest Kindy was the best that could happened to our daughter, offering children safe opportunities for exploration, risk-taking, and joyful learning.

Rachel's Place is the perfect daycare/Kindy that I honestly didn't think existed before our son started going there. He was there from age 2 all the way through to Kindy and he's just started prep. He was so nurtured, cared for, delighted in, encouraged, and supported in every sense, by every teacher and staff member. The sense of community and genuine respect and care for all of the children, parents and every other being is so clearly evident. It is holistic in approach, child-led in teaching style and everything with a touch of humour and fun. If you want a somewhere for your child to flourish that has strongly held and demonstrated values, where you never have to worry about the quality of love and care being shown to your child, this is the place. I couldn't recommend it more highly. We miss it already :)

There is just something so special about this place. The love, the warmth, the genuine care, it’s felt from the second you walk in. Every single educator is kind, supportive, and so clearly passionate about what they do. The owner is absolutely incredible, so hands on, present, and clearly puts her heart and soul into making the centre a safe, beautiful space for children and their families. I trust these people with my whole heart and that means everything. Every time I’m there, the children and staff are all smiling, laughing, chatting away. It’s so obvious how loved and well cared for they are. It feels like a little village where every child is nurtured and known. We adore this centre so much and feel so lucky to have found them. I could never thank you all enough for giving my son a safe, joyful place to learn and grow, and thank you for giving this mumma her peace back ❤️‍🩹

What an amazing place to have your child learn through play based activities. I love the outdoor space and the mixed play with different age groups. The educators are lovely and caring. Highly recommend Rachel's place. :)

Our children flourished at Rachel's Place. The staff are nurturing and caring, they focus on cultivating a love of learning, curiosity, independence and a growth mindset in the children they care for. The space itself is wonderful. It's safe and welcoming, but still presents opportunities for nature play, practicing balance and getting messy. Bush Kindy was the highlight of our daughter's week. Rachels Place is a truly remarkable community focused childcare that feels so special for the children every time they walk in or go off on another magical forest kindy adventure. It offers children a unique childcare and Kindergarten experience that is unmatched in Brisbane!!
