My 12 month old child attended this campus in 2023, I witnessed what I would describe and child neglect and abuse and pulled her out immediately. I raised my concerns with the centre and head office but no one seemed to care. Update to reply: I would not believe this, if there was any care my initial report would have been taken seriously, the only concern why trying to move me to another only about children centre. Parents reading this I would avoid at all costs - from what I could see this centre puts on a show at pickup and drop off and it was only that I happened to pick up my child at 2pm that I witnessed the horrific neglect of babies. I’m so glad I decided to do this or I would have never known what was happening 💔

I can strongly recommend sending your child here. The team of carers were fantastic to our little one and treated him as if he was their own. Janice Hoi and her colleagues were excellent.

Our little one has been at OAC Cremorne since she is 10M old. She started in the nursery room and has now moved to toddlers room. Our experience (and most importantly HER experience) has just been outstanding: the educators are caring, they adapt to every little human being needs, they are open to feedback, provided useful suggestions & they just LOVE kids. Its so obvious. The transition to toddlers room was well planned, step by step and very smooth. The curriculum is well thought, evidence based & it translates to various fun activities for the kids to ensure her development and great lesrning. Shout out to Catherine (the Director) for her flexibility, for always being here when we have a question and for leading a team of amazing educators, helpers and all the behind the scene staff. You are all doing an amazing job WELL DONE and hats off to everyone!!!

Both of my kids are at OAC Cremorne: the eldest has been through nursery, toddler and is now in preschool; the youngest is in nursery, so we have had a pretty good overview of the whole campus, and we would highly recommend it. The carers are all extremely loving, passionate and great professionals. The campus is really well organised by Catherine and her team. The facilities are great. OAC also offers some great online learning lectures about child development.

OAC Cremone isn’t just a childcare centre, it’s a place where my daughter feels safe, has made beautiful bonds with educators and staff and has many exciting experiences and learning opportunities. I’m excited to pick him up and listen to all the fun things he did that day. We love and appreciate Oac Cremorne for the amazing job they do caring for my daughter ❤️

I cannot recommend OAC Cremorne enough! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly and nurturing, and they truly care about the well-being of each child. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of toys and activities to keep the little ones entertained. One thing that really stood out to me was the communication between the staff and parents. They are always available to answer questions and provide updates throughout the day, which gave me peace of mind while I was at work. Overall, OAC Cremorne has been a wonderful experience for our family, and we are grateful to have found such a caring and supportive environment for our child. We have had such a wonderful experience with OAC Cremorne. My oldest daughter attended the centre from nursery to preschool and our youngest is currently in toddler. The educators are wonderful and have been there for such a long time. It was great to have continuity with the same educators caring for both our girls. It’s a calm and happy space for children to thrive in. We have moved out of the area but continue to send our youngest here because we are so happy. Thank you for caring so wonderfully for our girls. Many happy memories were made here.

We have 3 children who have had or still have been at OAC. We have 1 child who has been through OAC cremorne from nursery to toddler to preschool and he is now at school. He was so well equipped to start school and OAC educators helped build up his confidence for school. We now have 1 child in nursery and 1 who was in toddler and now moved to pre school. Both our daughters love it there. When M started in nursery she was upset but they helped her settle in so quickly that now she loves going and is always so happy when I pick her up. Our other daughter S loved toddler and the educators there. The educators there were the only ones who she would let touch her hair. She loved them so much so she was a bit sad when she moved to preschool but is settling in so well and talks so much about her new educators. Overall we are really happy with OAC Cremorne. They call straight away if any incidences happen, they keep us well informed, and they really care about our kids and how they are progressing and always making sure they are happy and comfortable. Couldn't recommend them highly enough

We have been very happy with the services provided by Cremorne OAC. The carers have been consistent, are warm, friendly and we have always had good communication. Our child has been happily enrolled in the Nursery for almost a year. We can't thank the team at Cremorne enough for their assistance and care. It has really helped our family this past year. The facility is large but the areas dedicated to each age group are homely, appropriate and varying, so many activities. The in-house chef food provides a nourishing variety. We also appreciate the time put in to the 'daily reports' in the Storybook app, along with photos. Many thanks to the Team!

Our little one loves the nursery since day one, the educators are very caring with details, and lots of fun activities to keep little ones engaged. The campus is our most favorite one around the area with larger clean space and lots of new toys!
