Amazing daycare for our little one. They take on board feedback from parents, have a lovely outdoor space and the staff are fabulous. They engage families in events and communication about changes/updates efficiently.

Our children have been going to Bella Grace since January 2024, since moving over from the UK. Our children are happy there - they eat and sleep well, the educators know them personally and really care for their wellbeing and education. Of course there are times when things get a bit chaotic and there can be a bit of turnover of staff, but equally there are several valued members that have worked there for some time. The admin staff are also really wonderful. Thank you, Bella Grace!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have had such a fantastic experience with Bella Grace Brightwater since starting in December 2024. One of the standout aspects of this daycare is their approach to continuity of care—permanent educators move up with the children as they transition through classes each year. This ensures a smooth transition, maintains strong bonds, and provides a sense of security for both the kids and parents. The educators genuinely focus on building real connections with the children, and the communication with parents is absolutely fantastic. As a mum, I have a great relationship with all of Archie's educators, which gives me so much confidence in the care he receives. Jo, the centre manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and fosters an open-door policy. She is both kind and caring while being transparent and forward-thinking with her expectations, policies, and procedures. The centre uses Storypark for updates throughout the day, though they limit photos and videos to encourage educators to be present and engaged with the children—something I really appreciate. That said, I do wish there were a few more photos shared of their daily activities, but I can’t fault them for prioritising hands-on care! They are also fantastic at keeping parents informed about any incidents, no matter how small—things like trips or bumps are always communicated right away with a phone call, which is so reassuring. Overall, Bella Grace Brightwater is an incredible centre, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! My bub, Archie, is absolutely thriving, loves his educators, and comes home happy (and exhausted!) every day. 💕

Beautiful and welcoming centre with a great balance of guided and self-play. My daughter has loved it and formed beautiful connections with her teachers and friends. Meals prepped are also always in line with our dietary preferences, and has introduced her to loads new foods! Nice open layout in all rooms, and big outdoor area.
