We provide quality care where children’s self-esteem is valued and independence is strengthened to help them with their adult life.
Out of School Hours Care (OSHC ) for children aged 4 years and upwards in the school.
The foundation of our program is based on the Early Years Learning Framework, My Time Our Place which is catered for outside school hours environments. We use a variety of observation techniques to ensure that children are developing all 5 outcomes.
We will provide developmentally appropriate activities to accommodate all age groups and their interests.
Activities such as:
Group games,
Drawing,
Soccer
Reading
Cricket
Lego
Football
Dancing
Crafts
Outdoor play
Board games
Prams / dress ups
Construction
Making jewellery
Our staff:
We interact with children in a way to build on their resilience and leadership skills. We also implement many sustainability strategies and discuss with the children why this is important. We feel if it’s part of the routine then it will come naturally and then these skills/knowledge will stay with them for their whole life.
We look forward to this collaborative partnerships with families, the school and community.
