Words honestly don’t feel enough to express how grateful I am to this childcare centre and to every educator who has cared for my children over the years.<br>My daughter attended this centre when she was just a baby, and now my son is there too. Knowing that some of the wonderful “OG” educators — Gurjeet, Janice and Ebonie — are still there from the time my daughter was little makes it feel even more special. There is such a strong sense of familiarity, trust and genuine care.<br>My son absolutely loves going every day. He happily walks through the doors without a tear, which, as a parent, says so much. The educators make learning fun, engaging and exciting, and I can see how much he enjoys the activities and experiences they provide. There is always something different happening, and I love seeing how much thought and creativity goes into what they do.<br>One of the things I value most is the communication. Even the smallest accident or incident is promptly reported, and every concern I have ever raised has been listened to and addressed with care. I completely trust the decisions the educators make when it comes to my children and have never had a second thought about leaving them in their care. That level of trust is priceless.<br>The meals are another big win — both of my children have always loved the food! 😂<br>What I also admire deeply is how the centre celebrates and respects everyone, regardless of their background, beliefs or religion. My children are growing up in an environment where diversity is embraced, kindness is encouraged and everyone is treated with respect.<br>Every educator I have encountered has been experienced, kind, patient and genuinely caring. You can tell that this is more than just a job for them — they truly care about the children and their wellbeing.<br>To all the educators, especially those who have been part of our journey from the very beginning, thank you. Thank you for nurturing my children, teaching them, making them laugh, keeping them safe and helping them grow into confident little people.<br>I trust you with the most precious things in my life, and I honestly wouldn’t have it any other way. We are incredibly lucky to have found a centre that feels like an extension of our family.<br>From the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything you do. ❤️

Both my kids attend this centre, and I'm vert happy with it. The staff are very friendly, and take great care of the children . I really like the centre.<br>The only thing I feel they could improve is being a little more flexible with swapping days when needed.<br><br>They deserve 5 start

Can not speak highly enough of the incredible staff. Everyone has genuine care for the children and their families, and do their absolute best to make sure each child’s needs are met.

First Five is a Quality child care which offers children supportive and nurturing relationships, with trusted educators and a positive environment with a variety of things to learn, explore and grow. The educators/staff/leadership team are so kind, helpful, friendly, warm and yet very professionaI. My toddler joined a few months ago, at 16 months old and I couldn't be more impressed with his development. His eating, sleeping, communication skills, how he plays and interacts with other kids, they have all improved significantly since he joined First Five. We are seeing our child's confidence and social skills growing by leaps and bounds. The center is always clean and bright and the activities are very stimulating and engaging. We can see our child flourish in this environment. We highly recommend this childcare center to any family looking for a nurturing and enriching environment for their children.

My children have just started at First Five. Already within a week we are finding HUGE differences from our previous centre. My children are so happy and confident at drop off and they are such happier kids when returning home. Pick-ups are less chaotic and the children are far more calm then at the previous centre. They are still playing and doing activities or having a late snack and is a much more calming environment. So much so when we turn up they are not screaming at us for things they may have been deprived of during the day. The team at First Five have been amazing, I was so nervous about moving my kids after their past care experience but the change within 1 week is huge. I can't thank them enough for being so warm and welcoming and understanding of our previous care experiences. I cannot wait to look back in a year from now and seeing how far my children have come ❤️❤️❤️
