Wish we found this beautiful centre at the start of our daycare journey, Staff are amazing and go above and beyond and so do the office ladies. My children absolutely love daycare and are thriving here, It really feels like a second home. I couldn’t recommend this daycare enough! We love everything about it 🥰

Would not recommend this centre. One of the carers was consistently rude at pick up and drop off. We raised it with reception multiple times but nothing was ever done, even after I asked to have a sit down to resolve it. The staff did not seem to care about complaints, and there was no follow-through. The centre is very large with no personal approach or genuine communication. The team lead made us feel uncomfortable, and despite multiple complaints, nothing changed. We tried to stick it out for six months, but when we finally decided to leave, no one even asked why or where we were going. On top of that, families have to provide food, there’s no app for updates or photos, and instead everything is just put in a scrapbook — so you don’t know what’s happening during the day. Looking back, I wish there had been more recent honest reviews before we enrolled.

Great staff who really care about children. Had the pleasure of meeting with them. Next to Gilston School is very handy when you have more than one child.

I don’t give out too many of these but in this instance it is warranted. KW is probably the best kindy on the whole Gold Coast. Everything about it, the owner, director, the staff, the facility, the culture, all top shelf! A well oiled operation on beautiful grounds, directly next to the feeding school. Thanks so much guys, a part of our little ones lives that will be fondly remembered xx

It is with such a heavy heart that we are moving away from the area, and our youngest child cannot see out her final years through at Kidsworld. Kidsworld Gilston have taught our kids the fundamentals needed, through love, caring and play. It truly has been a heartwarming experience. My kids have loved every minute, and have become excellent, clever, well skilled children from their teachings. This is definitely not a factory for looking after children, this is an environment of exploring with wonder & learning through play. Kidsworld has welcomed us into the family. They teach with love and understanding, and all the tutors have an enviable energy that is warming to all. My youngest son has a few difficulties that they noticed early on, and they thoroughly helped us throughout the process to prepare him for school. He was well prepared for school, and even followed up with during the 1st term to see how he is going. The care that was offered brings a tear to my eye as I type this review. I believe he would have had a challenging time without their extra help. To everyone at Kidsworld, Thank you all so much. We will never forget what you have all done for us. You have all made an impression on my family, and have given my kids a fantastic start to life. To everyone at Kidsworld, Thank you all so much.
