Iv had two children go to Sunkids at mermaid waters. The ladies in the office go above and beyond to explain everything with care. I feel so comfortable and know my children are well looked after at this kindy. The staff are fantastic. My girls come home happy and confident. I’ve loved my journey with Sunkids mermaid waters. Not a single negative thing to say about this centre! This is the 5th centre my child has been to due to having horrible experiences elsewhere. It’s so scary as a parent handing your child to people you barely know for a whole day, but from the moment I walked into this specific centre, the energy was immaculate. Every single staff were and always are extremely welcoming and approachable. Everything was and always is spotless clean. We were walked through the centre by Emma who is a super warm and bubbly person. She was able to confidently answer any questions or concerns I had and made us feel extremely comfortable. A few months later, my daughter is the happiest she’s ever been and is growing up into the most caring, loving, kind little girl with the absolute bestest of friends who she can never stop talking about. She adores every single friend in her class. She comes home excited every day with a new story to tell and a new skill to show. I will never stop recommending and talking about this centre. I have so much appreciation for their deep care, nurture and genuine passion for educating and creating core memories for all of these children. Everything is a 10/10. Sunkids, THANK YOU☀️🧡

We have absolutely loved our time at Sunkids and are so sad to be leaving, only because we’re moving house. The educators are down to earth, warm, and understanding, and it’s clear they genuinely care about kids! Our daughter formed a beautiful bond with them, and they did an incredible job helping her settle in quickly and feel safe. Communication from the centre has been excellent, which made returning to work much easier knowing she was well cared for and having fun each day. A special thank you to Cathy, Penny, Emma, and Molly, we will miss you all! Thank you for making our first daycare experience such a positive one!

The educators are all amazing, my daughter is relaxed and happy. The activities they do with the kids are engaging and fun, and the layout of the rooms and the outdoor area is beautiful

Since our daughter started at Sunkids she has learnt so much and is always happy to attend. We have found Sunkids amazing, clean and the staff are always approachable and friendly from the moment you walk in. We are so pleased we changed to Sunkids as we know our daughter is confident and more than ready to start prep next year thanks to her wonderful educators. We highly recommend Sunkids.

Sunkids Mermaid Waters has been one of the best childcare centres I’ve experienced. The entire team is exceptional—genuinely caring, dedicated, and passionate about the wellbeing of the children. It’s clear that for them, this isn’t just a job—they give 100% every single day. While every staff member is wonderful, I have to especially acknowledge Emma, who is the welcoming face of the centre. She is incredibly kind, supportive, and always willing to lend a hand. As a single mum of two, one of whom has additional needs, the daily routines of drop-off and pick-up can sometimes be overwhelming. On the tough days, Emma has gone above and beyond to help with the boys, and her support has meant the world to me. I had some very difficult experiences with my eldest son in previous childcare settings, which left me anxious and hesitant. When I shared my concerns with Emma and the team at Sunkids, they responded with such empathy and understanding. They made me feel confident and reassured about enrolling my younger son, and I now feel secure knowing he is in a safe, caring, and nurturing environment.
