We entrusted Bestchance Childcare with our son's safety, but unfortunately our experience has left us deeply disappointed.<br><br>Our son sustained a significant head injury while in their care, resulting in a large hematoma on his forehead. What was initially communicated to us as "a small bruise" turned out to be far more serious, and our son continued to complain of pain for days afterwards.<br><br>What has been most concerning is not only the injury itself, but the way it was handled. We experienced poor communication, very little empathy, and a lack of transparency throughout the process. Despite repeatedly raising our concerns, we received minimal updates and felt excluded from the investigation.<br><br>This experience has raised broader concerns about the centre's safety practices and incident management. In our view, this is not simply about one unfortunate accident—children can get hurt—but about how the service responds when a serious incident occurs. Families should be able to expect accurate information, prompt communication, genuine care, and a strong commitment to safety.<br><br>Based on our experience, I believe the centre should undertake a comprehensive review of its health and safety practices, incident reporting procedures, staff training, supervision, and communication with families. Child safety must always come first, and parents deserve confidence that incidents are managed with professionalism, accountability, and compassion.<br><br>Sadly, our experience did not reflect those expectations, and for that reason I cannot recommend this service.

Staff are extremely rude and yell at each other in front of the children. Was shocked to hear this. Were extremely rude to me to the point I had to say please stop being rude and they responded by rolling eyes.

Offering long day care and four-year-old kindergarten programs, bestchance Noble Park takes a holistic approach to learning and development, emphasising the importance of constructive learning, imaginative play and social skill development.
Our modern playrooms are bright, spacious and well equipped. Our outdoor play area is designed to protect children from the elements, allowing them to explore the outdoors year round.
To engage children in new learning experiences, our programs evolve regularly, reflect our multicultural community, and are responsive to the developmental needs and interests of each child.
Our Kindergarten Program
Our qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educators provide an opportunity for children to experience an interesting, fun, evolving and educational program that reflects and welcomes a multicultural community.

Kelly Sports Program - We have a fortnightly incursion from the Kelly Sports program. An instructor facilitates sports activities using bean bags, tennis balls, basketballs and more! The focus is fun, excitement, participation and fundamental motor skill development.
Community Connections - We have a close connection with our neighboring aged care facility. The children have regular visits which helps them develop a sense of connectedness.
Bilingual Educators - Our educators are highly qualified and experienced. Many are bilingual and come from diverse cultural backgrounds. We use this cultural diversity to add authenticity to our multicultural curriculum.
StoryPark Ap Reporting - We use the Storypark app to engage with parents and keep them up to date with their child's learning as it happens. Photos, video, audio and observations are recorded by our expert educators in the secure online app.
