Located on Wellington Street Launceston, this double-story centre has been custom-designed to meet the evolving learning needs of children six weeks to six years of age.
As you enter our beautiful centre, you’ll find our state-of-the-art Chef’s kitchen and culinary lesson space as well as our parent lounge where families can catch up with each other, or with our Educators over fresh barista coffee and a baked treat.
At Green Leaves Early Learning Launceston, our all-inclusive fees provide convenience and peace of mind. Nappies, linen, hats, nutritious meals and snacks as well as activities such as yoga and music classes, even visiting shows and excursions are included.
Each of our seven learning hubs are bright and inviting, filled with rich, warm timber resources and innovative educational materials. Each hub leads out to a wonderful outdoor space, where children can enjoy countless hours of fun on the bike track, in the cubbyhouse, or caring for our edible gardens.
Our highly-experienced Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teachers deliver our Kindergarten program (4-6 years old) which is designed to enable our children with the skills required for school and prepare them for this exciting transition

4 years – 6 years
Empowering children to transition confidently to school with learning programs that strengthen literacy and numeracy foundations, independence, resilience, and social confidence.
Included as part of the daily fee, children enjoy a range of engaging experiences designed to support their learning, wellbeing, and development.
Programs focus on outdoor exploration, sustainability and environmental learning, creative arts, music and movement, language and literacy experiences, and activities that encourage confidence, independence, and school readiness skills.
Children participate in enriching incursions, excursions, and hands-on experiences that inspire curiosity and discovery, alongside nutritious meals and food-related experiences that promote healthy habits. Every experience is thoughtfully designed to nurture each child’s growth while making learning meaningful, engaging, and fun.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am so grateful to Ange for making the whole process of getting our son into childcare completely stress-free after being left with no child care at very short notice by another company. Her compassion, understanding, and genuine care shone through every step of the way. What can often feel overwhelming was handled with ease and warmth, and I felt so supported by Ange, she went above and beyond, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Green Leaves is such an amazing childcare! The staff are warm, professional, and truly care about each child’s development. Ange is an absolute superstar who moves heaven and earth to help you out and the educators are just incredible people. The facilities are clean and well-equipped, and the activities are engaging and educational. Our daughter is always happy and excited to go.
