I’m very grateful to have found Golden Seeds Narrabeen. The educators are kind, patient, and truly care about the children’s wellbeing and development. My child feels happy and safe here, which gives me great peace of mind. Golden Seeds provides a warm and welcoming environment, with lots of engaging activities that support learning through play. Golden Seeds has been amazing for my children. The staff show so much love and care to every child who walks through the door, and it really shows in the way they interact with the kids each day. They put a lot of thought and effort into the activities they plan, creating fun and meaningful learning experiences for the children. What also stands out is how much they take the time to get to know each family. They are very accommodating and genuinely care about understanding each child and their family’s needs. It’s such a warm and supportive environment, and I’m very grateful my children get to be part of it.

Golden Seeds Narrabeen is a second family to my twin girls and myself, where it really is a ‘home away from home’. My girls never want to leave during pick up and always talk about the amazing educators who care for them each day as well as mention the exciting experiences they offer like participating in the Holi Festival and science experiments!

We’ve had a really great experience with Golden Seeds Early Learning Centre in Narrabeen. The staff are very caring and supportive with my little one in Toddler room, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the children. The management team is also very approachable and always willing to help if we have questions or need support. It’s a warm and welcoming environment, and we feel very comfortable having our child there. Highly recommend this centre to other families!

The staff consistently go above and beyond to support each child’s individual needs. The facility is clean, organized, and secure, and we appreciate the regular updates and open communication.

⭐️⭐️ Our experience with GoldenSeeds was deeply disappointing and distressing. My son had been in early childhood education since he was 10 months old, and in 2024–2025 he experienced significant emotional distress while attending this centre. During this period, the centre went through multiple staffing and leadership changes, which appeared to greatly affect consistency and support. Instead of working collaboratively with us and the psychologist involved, the centre showed urgency, pressure, and a lack of flexibility. We received constant complaints over minor issues, which created significant stress for our family and had a clear negative impact on my child’s self-esteem. He began coming home saying he was “a bad boy,” which was heartbreaking for a five-year-old. My child also reported being shouted at by staff, which contributed to him feeling distressed and unsafe in the environment. The impact on his emotional wellbeing was significant and deeply concerning for us as parents. While we understood the importance of keeping all children safe, we felt the approach lacked empathy, appropriate support strategies, and collaboration during a vulnerable period for our child. Despite being aware that assessments were ongoing and that specialists in Australia often have long wait times, the centre suspended my child for several days, placing us in an extremely difficult position with only months left before the end of the year. Ultimately, we chose to withdraw our son because we did not feel the environment was emotionally safe, supportive, or developmentally appropriate for a young child who needed understanding, patience, and empathy. I would like to acknowledge Licien for her help in clarifying financial matters, and Dalvi, who was my son’s educator during his infancy and showed genuine care and professionalism during that time. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage families to ask detailed questions about how behavioural challenges are handled and how children’s emotional wellbeing is protected during difficult transitions.

Golden Seeds has truly been a lifeline for our family. The educators are second to none—they love and care for my children as if they were their own. Their inclusivity and dedication to cultural learning have been incredible. They even invited our family to share our Native American heritage with my son’s classroom, creating such a meaningful and enriching experience. Every morning, my daughter squeals with excitement when we arrive, which speaks volumes about the warmth and joy this daycare provides. I have complete peace of mind knowing my children are not only safe physically but also emotionally supported in such a nurturing environment. Golden Seeds is doing an amazing job shaping the next generation, and I feel so grateful to have my children in their care. Their willingness to accommodate any request, their passion for early education, and their genuine love for the kids deserve far more than five stars—I’d give them 100 if I could! I can’t recommend them enough.
