Both of my children attend this centre — my daughter is in the babies’ room and my son is in the toddlers’ room — and they both absolutely love it. From the very first day, the educators have been so warm, caring, and genuinely invested in my children’s wellbeing and growth. As a family who doesn’t have much support around us, this centre has truly become like a second family. The educators go above and beyond every single day — they know my children’s personalities, routines, and little quirks so well, and they make them feel safe, loved, and valued. My daughter lights up every morning when she sees her teachers, Ms Alana and Ms Nicole, and my son talks about his educators Ms Kathy/Ms Teresa and friends all the time at home. All other educators are also mentioned in our household! It’s clear how much effort they put into creating a nurturing, fun, and educational environment. The communication is always excellent too — I love getting updates, photos, and seeing how they’re developing new skills each day! The whole team deserves so much credit for the amazing job they do. We couldn’t be happier and are so grateful to have found such a beautiful, supportive, and family-oriented childcare centre. Fourth childcare my kids have attended and by far the absolute best! This childcare is like a hidden gem in Hurstville. Big play area and rooms is just the last attraction of this childcare. What most it attracts me is its friendly teachers and dynamic vibes all the time!Not mention the fun activities everyday. My daughter loves their football class. They have the ideal way to keep kids busy while learning new skills. The teachers are so patient and caring that my child is looking forward to go childcare even in weekend. When my daughter first get into the teddy bear, her teacher put great effort to help her making friends and comfort her while I leave. It all contributes to their loving and caring, my daughter can get used to the childcare quickly. I don’t know how other childcare with long waiting list looks like, but I do know this childcare is the first one that fulfill all my checklist. All the staffs stay in the childcare for a long time which helps children established a closer and firmer long lasting relationship with teachers. When teachers comes and goes frequently, it’s hard for kids to feel safe and secured. Unlike the teddy bear childcare on the main st, the vine st teddy bear stays in a quiet living area, which makes it easier to picking up during traffic time. The big park near childcare is a popular place for kids to get close to natural outside excitement and teddy bear’s teachers brings kids there whenever the weather is nice and warm. My daughter get emotionally and physically well cared in her childcare time. Teddy Bear (Vine street) is an amazing and fantastic childcare centre, this is a professional childcare and all educators treat every child with love and patient, highly recommend. The main reasons are: Reliable and stable full time educators in each room : baby room, toddler room and preschool room - these full time educators had many years experience, they are professional, and the most important is educators love each child and treat every child patiently. As a busy mum, I know how hard is, when child don’t want to change nappy but have to, when child wet the pants, educators shows love and patient to the child, when the child was talking something about a flower or a bee, educators pay attention, listen and talk to child. All educators shows the love and patient to each child. Had multi background educators - had multi background educators that can support child in multi language. This childcare center had Ozzie educators and Chinese educators as well, educators able to understand child’s basic needs in chinese and child can learn English as well, this really help child settle in when they start child care. Suitable for child from 6 weeks baby to 6 years old kids - this childcare center had preschool program thus child can consistently learning until primary school. From my personal experience a stable and good childcare environment is better for child’s learning, coz child well know peers, educators, and environment, the child feeling more happy and willing to explore and learning everything. If a family had two kids under 6 years old, this childcare center can suit for both kids, instead of sending kids to two different childcares in each busy morning. Had largest outdoor space in this childcare - this childcare center had large playground and natural space that child love it so much, child play sandpit everyday and lots of activity such as mini Olympic, soccer program, dancing program, music class, book week, arts and craft, gardening, Halloween activities, park visit and so on. I would recommend have a tour to Teddy Bear Early Learning Centre (Vine Street) and hopping above information can provide some ideas to new parent.

Mu daughter absolutely loves daycare. There’s lots of enriching activities for her and plenty of place to play. The educators are kind and clearly qualified. I feel at ease when I drop my daughter off, knowing that she will be well taken care of.

Teddy Bear Early learning Center is our first choice since my children started in childcare since 2020 till the present times. All the teachers here are all lovely and very passionate to their work, they are so wonderful and very effective in teaching my children’s in all aspect of learning, looking after them everyday so well and helping them to grow and keep them well engaged in different activities daily is a huge plus points for me as a busy parent. Exceptional Daycare Service! Teddy Bear Early Learning Centre truly feels like a second home. Our baby girl looks forward to each day at the centre, and it’s clear that she’s thriving there. At Teddy Bear Centre, our daughter is incredibly happy. She naps and eats well, and has already made many friends. The other children are very friendly, and Jane loves playing with them. In just two weeks, we’ve seen amazing progress—Jane can now sit up straight, thanks to the dedicated care from teachers like Nicole and Alana. We also appreciate their Teddy Bear Care app, which keeps us updated with Jane’s daily activities, including meal times, nap times, and various activities. The daily photo updates are a wonderful touch, allowing us to see Jane’s progress and special moments. We especially enjoyed the Father’s Day gathering. The teachers were warm and professional, making the event special with cakes and memorable photos for the dads. What a blessing to have such heartfelt care in our neighborhood.
