I am honestly speechless — I’m so impressed and relieved by the support, communication, and respect we have received from Bright Steps Academy. The way the team has handled my son’s difficult “crash out” days has been incredible. The communication between our family and the educators has been amazing, and I truly feel heard and supported. For the first time in a long time, I feel relieved, happy, and relaxed knowing that my son is finally receiving the understanding, support, and respect that he needs and deserves. Centre refused be civil and inform me if my ex was there as she was having a dangerous mental break down and took the children and endangered them. Yet all other centres I had contacted told me they could and would contact me if ‘person’ arrived. Nearly cost the children their life due to negligence

The centre also has five outdoor play spaces, abundant with play resources that engage the children in physical play. They can play on the climbing equipment, in the forts and cubby houses or in the mud kitchens. There are slides, climbing mounds and even veggie patches.
