Our son has been coming to Community Kids Haven Ardeer for two years. We've had a very positive experience with this daycare! Our son loves coming here and bonded well with all the educators. All the educators are really nice. They do a lot of different activities and incursions. Our son's language skills and knowledge has improved so much since he has been coming here. All the staff are great, especially his direct educators from past and present. Big thank you to Fathima, Marvin, Alleana, Fouzia and Reetu. Also the directors Jessica and Teagan!

My child has being in the nursery room since September and loves it, even though they have had a few new staff members come in, my daughter warms up to them quite quickly which is amazing. The staff are so kind and you can tell they love the kids in their care. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you CKH

Our experience from 2022 - 2026.<br>We've had incredible educators who were lovely and caring for the kids. Unfortunately there is extremely high staff turnover. Every few months there is a staff member leaving since 2022. This makes it extremely hard for young children to build rapport.<br><br>Kinder is lacking structure, boundaries and personalisation for the children from our experience. Our year has a child with behavioural concerns resulting in physical aggression towards our son and other kids. This child hits/punches the educators and other kids, breaks glass, damages other children's property (throws their drink bottles) and has bitten our son recently. Unfortunately it is a long list of incident reports resulting in injuries from this child without any resolution. Having discussed this with other centres, this child needed 1-on-1 supervision to protect the other children, but unfortunately no formal plan was devised.<br><br>We have left CKH due to the poor management of our escalation of this concerning behaviour over 12 months, and what seems like a management issue amongst the centre (high turnover and limited assistance to educators).

Great childcare centre I have both my kids at this centre, they have both adapted to all the educators which makes drop offs a lot easier.

We have been using CKH Ardeer since 2021 and have been so impressed with their wonderful support to our family. The services have kept improving as they respond to input from families. Could not recommend them enough. Thanks so much to Jessica and the team!

We’ve had a really positive experience at this childcare centre. The educators genuinely show so much love and care for the children, and it truly shows in how happy and settled the kids are.<br>A special mention to the new Centre Director, Jess — she is incredibly well organised, lovely to deal with, and a clear, reliable communicator. Overall, a caring, supportive environment and a wonderful team. Highly recommend.

My daughter was only here for 3 months, she enjoyed it every day and the educators are great and learnt a lot from them. We will miss coming here. Highly recommended.
