This is an amazing centre. All the staff have been amazing and my son is 1 and loves going. He never cries and runs to greet his educators. They have been incredible with managing his allergies/medical concerns and have even helped with his sleep routine.

I’ve had two of my children attend Bright Minds Academy Waterside Childcare Centre, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we enrolled, the staff have been warm, professional, and truly dedicated to nurturing each child’s growth. The educators take the time to understand my kids’ individual needs and interests, which has made a huge difference in their development and happiness. The centre’s flexible hours have been a lifesaver for our busy family schedule, and the environment is always safe, welcoming, and stimulating. I’ve seen my children thrive with the engaging activities, and I appreciate that fresh, healthy meals are prepared on-site every day. Overall, Bright Minds Academy Waterside has been a fantastic place for my kids to learn, grow, and feel cared for. I highly recommend it to any family looking for quality childcare and early education.

1 star is too generous. Ridiculously poor communication. My wife and I toured Waterside for our daughter, nil issues. Sent email with enrollment forms to Cranebrook manager (stating we were happy with tour) who we had spoken on the phone to prior to tour, unaware there were two facilities in close proximity. Manager clarified that we looked at other day care and that they each had 1 spot available on a Monday (late August start). Happy to go ahead with Waterside. Manager said enrollment forms would be sent over to them. We didn’t hear anything for weeks. Called multiple times and finally got through, with Waterside saying they had not received our enrollment forms (AND NO LONGER HAD A SPOT AVAILABLE) and would look into it with Cranebrook Manager. Once again we hear nothing back for over a week so we assumed that they had forgotten or just not bothered. Fast forward to late August and we get debited a day fee for her first week after being told there was no spot. They had also debited funds for a bond and admin fee prior. We didn’t even know which day care they had enrolled our daughter in. - No confirmation email to confirm enrollment and start date. - No booking in of an introduction day as they claim is supposed to occur. They are happy to file the direct debt and commence taking our money but cant even tell us that our daughter is enrolled. Have immediately withdrawn her enrollment. I have no faith in my daughter being looked after at this place when they can’t even manage to do simple administrative tasks. DO BETTER.

Wouldn’t recommend enrolling your child the fees are expensive I constantly receive so many emails regarding the daycare fees then each time you dont put money towards the fee that day you get hit with $20 fee goes up everytime if your child has a cough or looks sick they cant go or you will get a call to pick your child up and if your going to to apply for CCS make sure you apply 6 months prior as you will have issues

My daughter has been at Bright Minds for 2 years now and she absolutely loves it. The staff are all wonderful, and Kim (centre manager) keeps all the parents up to date with absolutely everything. My girl has completely come out of her shell and I'm blown away with everything she's picked up on since laving family day care and starting here. I was nervous moving her to a centre but it's been an absolute dream! Couldn't recommend them enough.

Bright minds waterside is absolutely amazing. We have used this centre for roughly 3 years and our son has recently graduated 🎓 and off too big school. He has come so very far in his journey with bright minds. They accomitated to all things academic, social and personal. The staff have helped our boy get ready to face big school. They helped him work through some behavioural issues he was facing and were excellent with family communication and implementing strategies used at home. Im super excited for our baby girl to start next year. Thanks to the BMA team 😍

This centre has been absolutely amazing for our son, we have attended for 2 years now and can honestly say we will be so sad when the little one has to start kindy. Preschool has not been an easy journey for our little one trying to find the right centre for our son was a challenge as he has his own difficulties, we started at 2 other centres before finding this one and the progress he has made has been nothing short of amazing. He loves going to school everyday and the staff are some of the most caring, nurturing and well versed educators I have ever dealt with, the open and honest lines of communication between staff parents and the centre manager has been so beneficial to us as a family. We could not ask for more for our son, we have found our experience with ALL at Bright Minds waterside to be a very positive one, anyone looking for a quality centre this one will not disappoint ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Horrible Childcare centre. Do not under any circumstances send your child there. Unprofessional from the Company Director through to the Centre Manager. Further, ignore the 5 star rating from Lauren Higgins. She is a staff member of Bright Minds. Having to get staff to rate your services, really says it all. In regards to your comment on the right fit, no centre is the right fit for any family where multiple children under the age of 5 are able to exit the centre.

Great service, really have helped my son come out of his shell and he is a completey different child since putting him in he loves going.
