Kidz Magic Heathwood has provided a wonderful and safe environment for my little one to grow and thrive. The staff is consistent, fostering strong bonds with the children, and there is a clear focus on health, diversity, and inclusion. I appreciate the centre manager’s commitment to compliance and team-building, which creates a professional yet caring atmosphere. I feel confident and secure sending my child here. My child has a peanut allergy, and although I initially had concerns, the centre addressed them swiftly and with great care. I am truly grateful to have such a supportive environment for my child.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is the WORST childcare my child has ever attended. They promised they wouldn’t let children watch TV, but the very next day when I picked up my child, they were sitting right in front of the TV. When I complained to the facility manager, she seems to make an effort to adjust, but nothing actually changed. They were still watching TV, I pad every single day! Why do childcare kids need to watch this everyday? I also witnessed an educator using a very bad attitude toward a child who had done nothing wrong at around 4 pm— the child just wanted to have his afternoon tea. The child’s mother, who was just coming to pick up her child, saw the whole episode and told the educator that this was not the appropriate way to speak to her kid. The educator responded, “I didn’t know you were here.” Does this mean children are treated differently when parents are not present? These happened in 2023, hopefully, no one has the same experience as mine.

Healthy environment, great education, loving atmosphere, dedication and family centred, Best day care, all the teachers are the best .my daughter loves this daycare ,I am glad this was a location I chose to send my daughter. Wonderful teachers like miss Kiki, miss Emma all are very nice and caring. very loving and nurturing environment.

Clean and well managed center. Good quality and healthy meals are provided daily for kids and the educators are nice and friendly.

Excellent centre!! It’s very well organised, clean and both of my girls have had beautiful caring teachers who really get to know your child. When you see them teary when the kids go to school you know they take their job seriously. Highly recommended!

My daughter loves coming to kindy each week. She has the most amazing, caring teachers and we love all the extra activities/incursions she gets to participate in throughout the year.

Kidz Magic is a fantastic centre, always looks clean and fresh, the staff are so caring and always friendly. Very supportive of the community and getting the children involved. My family loves it!!
