My son has been under the care of the wonderful employees of Buttercups for the past 3 months. We have gone from checking our phones and calling regularly to make sure he’s okay to only opening the app to see the happy photos. We are very confident with the care provided by the educators there and know that he is safe and thriving in their hands. He loves attending his childcare and playing with the kids and educators. Our daughter has been attending Buttercups Highgate for the past three years, and we are incredibly grateful to have found such a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for her to learn and grow. Seeing her excited to go to "school" each morning gives us great peace of mind. She absolutely adores her teachers and often talks about them fondly at home. The centre offers excellent facilities and a wonderful learning environment, but what truly makes Buttercups Highgate stand out is its dedicated educators and staff.

We would like to thank the entire team at Buttercups Highgate for the wonderful care and support they provide to our one-year-old daughter. Since joining the centre, she has been enjoying her time, participating in various learning activities, and becoming more confident every day. She always keeps us updated and is very helpful, especially when we need last-minute casual bookings. Their patience, kindness, and dedication in helping with feeding, learning, and daily activities are truly appreciated. The Highgate centre is modern, clean, and offers a wide range of engaging developmental activities that support children’s growth and learning. My little one has been attending Buttercups Highgate for over a year now and we love it. Cedric has learnt so much and made progress in different areas. We value how the team of educators support all children in their development and wellbeing. Definitely recommend this centre.

Our son has been to this centre since he was in the Poppy (Babies) room. He has thrived so much through the years, and we have loved seeing the opportunities they provide for him. Great outdoor space and much larger than you think. This is so convenient in location, with Woolworths being so close. Thank you so much to the team for everything they have done - our son wouldn’t be who he is without them!

There is no option for 0stars but my autistic nephew attended this daycare and was abused by a staff member. Bad enough for police involvement. The incident was not reported to his mum until a week or so after and she was told directly not to report to the police even though they themselves had not reported the educator just fired her...again before informing the mother of the incident. A week after the first incident was reported the her she told about and there more serious incident, both reported by another staff member but nothing immediately done clearly.On top of this his mum was told there was an educator specifically trained to work with special needs children....this was an outright lie. Absolutely disgraceful management. The main danger is gone but the management who all but attempted to bully and silence my sister and allow a child abuser to walk free and work in another centre is still there ( the educator admitted to assaulting my nephew on at least 2 occassions and her excuse.... He wasn't listening as a child with asd and it was just too much ). Do not send your children here, especially if they are non verbal because you will have no idea if they are safe.
