We couldn’t be happier with this Jennys childcare centre. The educators are so caring, attentive and genuinely wonderful with the children. Our little one is always happy to go and has settled in so well. We feel very comfortable knowing he is so well cared for. Highly recommend!

Our daughter has been attending Jenny's Early Learning Centre - Soldiers Hill since February this year, and it's been a wonderful experience from day one. She started on 2 days a week and, since it was going so well, we increased to 3 days in May.<br><br>She absolutely loves it there. Franklin the turtle and the fish tanks are a huge hit, and she's always excited to tell us about outdoor play and going down the slide. Mealtimes are clearly a highlight too - her personal best is 5 slices of garlic bread in one sitting!<br><br>The staff are wonderful, with a special mention to Nikki, Nikayla and Jen for the warmth and care they show every day. It really shows in how happy and settled our daughter is.<br><br>We'll be happily sending any future children of ours to Jenny's and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Soldiers Hill to families locally and across other Ballarat suburbs. The team at Jenny’s Soldiers Hill were amazing in the transition from previous kindy and daycare to their centre making my kids and myself feel so welcomed and cared about. Now the kids are back to asking everyday if it’s kindy/daycare day!!!

I am so glad that my 3 years' old little one enrolled in this enter really care about children's safety and well-being. My little boy is well cared here, he is always so happy on the way home. Thank you Nikki and the team.

We are so grateful to this centre. The quality of care they provide and the meaningful connection they have made with our little one has been wonderful. Previously our two year old would not participate in group activities and would often be overtired and upset at night, but here she is always at the activities table and happily sings all the way home and excitedly tells us about her day at the dinner table. My 7.5 month old daughter has recently started attending Jenny’s ELC Soldiers Hill. Despite my anxiety about my daughter starting I felt supported by Nikki and the team at the centre in ensuring she would be fine. The communication was amazing allowing me to be at ease knowing she was fine. My 2.5 year old son also attends the daycare and he loves going to see his friends and play! He absolutely loves all the staff there. Most importantly all the staff (no matter what room) are all inviting and friendly to the families! Definitely recommend for anyone needing care for their children!

To quote my 3 year old: “daycare is amazing!” I cannot speak highly enough of Vanessa and all of the team at milestones soldiers hill. They have consistent longterm educators so you get to know the staff and they know my toddler personally. They’re enthusiastically invested in her progress, know her individual abilities and encourage her interests. The team have been an invaluable source of support not just as reliable carers and educators but also my go to for experienced advice on how to manage the different stages of toddlerhood. Any concerns have always been met with a rapid and comprehensive response that gives me total confidence they’re on it. My toddler loves them and considers them family. What more could I ask for? Milestones has absolutely been “the Village” it takes to raise a child for me. Couldn’t do it without them!

We love Milestones! The educators and management have been nothing short of amazing in the 2 years we’ve been sending our kids here. You can tell they really care about the kids and go above and beyond. The special events around holidays are really nice and the daily menu is impressive. I know my little ones are always in good hands here.
