We moved our daughter to this childcare centre a couple of years ago after attending another centre and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made. From day one, we’ve had nothing but positive experiences with all of the staff. Everyone is welcoming, caring, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development.<br><br>A special thank you to Jasmine, who has been our daughter’s room leader across two different rooms over the past couple of years. Jasmine has been absolutely wonderful, kind, patient, supportive and has taking the time to build a strong relationship with our daughter and us.<br>It’s been reassuring to know she’s in such capable and caring hands.

My 15 month old attends woongarrah and we are so happy, she gets very excited on drop off and sometimes doesn’t want to leave to come home ! We couldn’t be happier with the care our child receives here. The staff are kind, patient, and truly dedicated to each child’s growth, needs and well-being. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, and the daily activities are fun, engaging, and educational. Communication with families is excellent, and it’s clear how much love and attention they give to the children. Our daughter only tends 2 days a week atm but when it comes to those days she looks forward to going , which says it all. Excellent with the kids

My two year old granddaughter has a lot of adult company at home and needed some time with kids her own age. We enrolled her in ELC Woongarrah after hearing wonderful things about them from friends. We were nervous about her going, but by the end of the first day she didn't want to come home. She just loves it. We highly recommend ELC Woongarrah and it's staff to anyone looking for quality childcare.

Our daughter has attended here for the last 6 months and I have no hesitation dropping her off. There is always a familiar staff member ready to give her a cuddle, and everyone in the centre seems to know her name, even though she currently only attends one day a week. There has been a lot of staff movement in our short time, but this is communicated regularly and hopefully will settle down. Overall, we are happy with the centre.

My Daughter attends this school and absolutely loves it. Within just a couple of short weeks on moving her to WELC we could see a massive change in her learning, talking and just overall in herself. She gets so excited getting ready of a morning to get dressed and go to Daycare to learn and especially to see her friends and of course Miss Sammy from the Wombat room. Both Miss Sam and Codie have shown so much love to my daughter in helping her grow and be the best person she can be. On countless times either Codie or one of the other Educator's have come out to help me get my daughter into daycare whilst my newborn is in the car and the same with pick up which I'm so thankful for as some mornings are crazy! I'm so glad I moved my daughter from her previous daycare and knowing my daughter is happy while I'm not there and she is learning everyday makes me so happy. Thankyou WELC
