Our child, who was initially extremely attached to his mum and found it very difficult to separate from his parents or be cared for by others, has been attending Cessnock ELC for the past two years.<br><br>Over this time, we have seen an incredible transformation in his confidence and independence. He went from experiencing very emotional and traumatic drop-offs to now having the loveliest drop-offs. He is often eager to race his parents to the gate, excited to see his educators and begin his day.<br><br>The educators and staff have gone from being complete strangers to becoming a very special and extended part of our family. Our child has developed such strong bonds with them that he regularly tries to convince them to come home with us!<br><br>We have been extremely happy with the care, support and communication provided by Cessnock ELC. Any concerns or issues that have arisen during our time at the centre have always been addressed promptly, professionally and effectively.<br><br>We would highly recommend Cessnock ELC to other families. The positive impact the centre and its educators have had on our child’s confidence, development and overall experience of childcare has been truly wonderful, and we are incredibly grateful for the care and support they have provided over the past two years.

I have been trying to find a centre with good reviews to get my 3 daughters into daycare on the same day for a while and when there was an opening at Cessnock ELC I was so happy. From the beginning the staff were welcoming, supportive and helpful. My girls are so happy to be there and they like it so much they want to go more days. Daily updates on the kids routines and what they do throughout the day. Food and nappies are all provided and the fees are reasonable Highly recommend this centre

My daughter moved to ELC Cessnock in 2024 and has absolutely loved it. All of the educators and the director have been great with settling her in and really care about her development. The rooms are great and my daughter loves all the activities that are carefully planned for her. The day care provides all nappies, wipes and food. All of the staff have been really responsive and we have loved all of the planned days that occur such as mothers day. Couldn't ask for better staff or a better environment. Would definitely recommend the service.

Cessnock ELC is an amazing centre, they go above and beyond in every aspect. All the educators are kind and fill each day with educational fun activities for the children. Also the centre is always kept really nice and clean.

My son has grown in confidence and learned so many skills since starting at ELC earlier this year. I love how he’s personally greeted by all the staff, it makes him feel safe and included.

Both my boys attend daycare at Cessnock ELC and I could not ask for better service from the wonderful staff. My toddler is super happy to attend and absolutely loves the ladies in his classroom and I’m very happy with the staff that look after my 8 month old in the babies room. Sending your babies to daycare for the first time can be extremely nerve racking but the staff are absolutely wonderful with updating the app and keeping you informed on how your child is doing. I never am one to usually reviews on anything but I feel the staff at ELC Cessnock deserve all the praise. Thank you Olivia and team for looking after my boys so diligently.

Our girl is happy and thriving at Cessnock ELC, and as parents we are so happy. From the moment we enquired we felt welcomed and supported. Management is approachable and always happy to help. The centre is beautiful and clean with really unique structure to support learning and growth. The educators passion for early education is evident daily through the learning experiences provided and the way they capture a variety of moments throughout the day.
