Have had my son go to this daycare for the last 12 months and honestly don't know how we'd survive anywhere else. The staff are loving and very attentive. Communication between staff and parents is second to none. The daily photos of what's going on that day is a god send. Very happy with the decision to go here and will gladly stay here with current and any future children

After spending almost a month at this center during my placement, I can honestly say it’s a wonderful environment for children and families. - First of all, it's not part of a franchise, so the center management actually has centralized authority to ensure the wellbeing of all the children and implement any requests coming from families without unnecessary delays or complications (To simplify, actions are taken quick after any feedback or complaints from the families) - From what I could see, the educators are genuinely caring, attentive and passionate towards the children. - Throughout my placement, I observed the management putting excellent effort into ensuring that educators follow all guidelines properly. - An actual cleaning company cleans the center every day after it closes. - There’s thorough cleaning of toys, center-owned clothes, play materials etc everyday. - Plenty of toys, learning materials and always additional resources were brought to the center. - Food is served properly and hygienically.The menu looks really balanced and nutritious. - Incident reports (of any fall, scratch, bump to the children including any minor or major concerns) are filled out properly and notifications are sent to relevant stakeholders of the child. - Communication with the families is always on time and professional using the kinderloop platform. Families can directly ask questions, comment or communicate with the educators regarding day to day activities or any concerns regarding their children through this platform. - The center director and management are consistently involved in communication with the educators and most importantly, they are actively on the floor everyday which in some centers may not be the case. At last, even if you live a bit far from Wattle Grove, I genuinely believe that for the best outcome for your children, it's worth the drive.

We have had 4 out of our 5 children attend this centre with 2 currently attending and our fifth starting next year, We love it here! It is a very tight knit community and the educators and staff are amazing! Our kids are always happy to attend and they look after our children like they are their own! Highly recommend WGLDC

The educators are so warm and supportive with the children. My child has come a long way with development, grammar and communication. Thank you so much to the amazing team for your ongoing efforts and dedication to prepare the kids for kindergarten. We have loved every moment at daycare

Love this school, my kids really enjoy there time here and the staff are more then amazing. They engage with all of the children and get to know all of the children's personalities, likes and talents. Best school my children have been too.

My wife and I love the educators and teachers at this service. They are very accommodating to our food preferences and we love the quality of teaching.

Very poor phone service and email responses. In saying this it just shows their work ethic and I no longer want to enrol my child with them! I tried reaching out to them every now and then to see if they had availability but there replies are always the same “A supervisor will give you a call back” no call back later! I send an email to see if I get some kind of response and the supervisor replies with “no current vaccines for my sons age group” does this women even know my sons age group?! I ask what age group have availability and I get no reply! There’s desperate mothers out here that need help and this centre just ain’t it. DO NOT ENROL your child here! It’s probably why they only have a one star rating.
