Have had a wonderful experience with Launchpad for nearly 3 years now. Great staff retention, amazing food and kind and responsive staff!

We've had such a wonderful experience with Launchpad Early Learning Centre – Lower Plenty.<br><br>Our son started here when he was just 11 months old, and we've watched him grow through Senior Nursery, Toddler 1, Toddler 2 and Kinder 3. He's now getting ready to move into Kinder 4, and we honestly can't believe how quickly the time has gone!<br><br>The best part is seeing how happy he is every day. He happily walks into the centre in the morning and comes home just as happy, full of stories about his day. As parents, that means everything to us.<br><br>There is always so much going on at Launchpad — the activities are varied and engaging, the Kinder program is thoughtfully planned and very professional, and we love the extra experiences such as Chinese lessons and excursions.<br><br>And the teachers… we honestly can't thank them enough. Every teacher and staff member we've met over the years has been so kind, caring and patient. They've all played a part in helping our little boy grow, learn and become the confident and happy child he is today.<br><br>A huge thank you to every single person at Launchpad Lower Plenty for taking such wonderful care of our son and for making these early years such a happy experience for our whole family. We feel very lucky to have been part of the Launchpad family for so many years. ❤️

My family has nothing but lovely things to say about Launchpad - Lower Plenty. Our daughter started as a toddler, and as a very sensitive little soul, going into care for the first time was a huge step for her (and for us!). From day one, the educators took her under their wing. They never rushed her, letting us take the transition at our own pace over several weeks and months, and have gently helped her as much as possible to feel safe and comfortable in her own time.<br><br>Although the drop offs have been hard, what has meant the most to me is how reassured I feel leaving her each day. Everyone has always made time to chat through my worries, share little updates about how she's settling in, and work with us as a team to give her the best possible start. It's such a comfort knowing she's surrounded by people who truly care about her and want to get to know her. I also love seeing the daily and weekly updates of all the yummy foods she's eating and activities she's enjoying (it's really nice knowing that the load of getting your toddler to eat a healthy variety is shared!).<br><br>Every morning we're welcomed with open arms and endless patience, and knowing how much energy one toddler takes, I'm in awe of how the educators support a whole room every single day. We feel so lucky to have started this journey here :)

My 2 granddaughters that we are caring for have attended Launchpad- Lower Plenty since April 2026. They have been welcomed into a safe, nurturing, positive and happy environment. The educators are invested in the children’s well-being and development. It is evident that the time spent with each child is positive and caring. They all receive one on one attention. This helps each child to thrive and meet their developmental achievements sooner than normal. We have noticed the advancement in both of our granddaughters.<br>The food is nutritious and yummy. The children are all well fed.<br>Kaye and Della have been marvellous in our dealings with them. Nothing has been too much trouble. Issues are dealt with promptly. They genuinely adore and care for all the children and spend lots of time interacting with them.

We’re having such a great experience at Launchpad Lower Plenty. The educators and staff are wonderful, friendly and supportive and they take the time to get to know each child in their care. The indoor and outdoor spaces are well set up allowing children plenty of room to explore and play. Communication is excellent and we always feel well informed. We’re so grateful to have found such a lovely centre for our little one.

My three children, aged 1,2 & 4, have been attending Launchpad for almost 2 years now. All my experiences with Launchpad have been overwhelming positive. The educators all know our family by name and my kids are always excited to tell me about their day when they come home.

Our experience at Launchpad has been exceptional. The staff are incredibly caring, compassionate, and kind, and it’s clear how deeply they genuinely want every child to thrive. Our experience was nothing short of excellent. We transitioned from another early learning centre in 2024 and the team made my daughter feel so welcome, safe, and supported from the very beginning. The environment is nurturing, positive, and uplifting, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to have transitioned to. I highly recommend Launchpad to any family looking for a beautiful, supportive learning environment. A big shout out to Tuki, Shree, Grace, Kay, Georgia.
