Our experience at Launchpad has been exceptional. The staff are incredibly caring, compassionate, and kind, and it’s clear how deeply they genuinely want every child to thrive. Our experience was nothing short of excellent. We transitioned from another early learning centre in 2024 and the team made my daughter feel so welcome, safe, and supported from the very beginning. The environment is nurturing, positive, and uplifting, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to have transitioned to. I highly recommend Launchpad to any family looking for a beautiful, supportive learning environment. A big shout out to Tuki, Shree, Grace, Kay, Georgia. My kids love coming to launchpad. The educators have a genuine care in looking after the kids and the kinder teachers are always coming up with ideas to inspire and teach the kids in a fun and exciting way. Couldn’t be happier

our daughter has been attending for almost 3 years. she loves going! the teachers are wonderful, very friendly and approachable. management are very supportive also. the children are fed delicious food and have a big outdoor area with lots of different age appropriate equipment and toys. if you are looking for a centre that have high standards and a commitment to professional child care, look no further!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Launchpad. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about the children. The educators create such a warm and supportive environment that my child comes home happy every day. The communication from the team is excellent, and we really appreciate the regular updates and photos. The management team is also supportive, approachable, and clearly committed to maintaining a high standard of care and education. We really value the open communication from both educators and management, and the genuine care shown toward each child. Excellent, caring team with a positive atmosphere for the kids

We’ve been at Launchpad for over 3 years now and have had a great experience with the care and education of our children. The educators and staff are wonderful and our children have developed trusting relationships with many of them. The educators give us great feedback and updates (both verbally and via the Story Park app) about what our children have been doing and learning which is so greatly appreciated. The management team are friendly, approachable and always very prompt to respond to any queries that I’ve had. There is a lovely sense of community at Launchpad and there are many special events at the centre throughout the year which give families (and extended family members such as grandparents) the opportunity to be involved. Our children have developed great friendships and we have met many lovely families here. Above all, our children are both happy and safe at Launchpad which is what we value most.

We've been coming here to this center for nearly 3 years. The educators and management team have been amazing! With an autistic child, the whole center have provided so much support for him to help him thrive. I can talk to them anytime whenever i have concerns I cannot thank them enough! What a fabulous centre! The program has been amazing, and the incursions they had last year were brilliant! Thank you launchpad for helping my child grow ❤️
