The staff are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive, and they do an amazing job supporting our 18-month-old’s development. The environment is safe, nurturing, and well-structured, with age-appropriate activities that help build confidence, social skills, and independence. Communication is excellent, and it’s clear they genuinely care about each child’s wellbeing. We feel completely at ease knowing our little one is so well looked after here.

The Centre Director, Jane, and her team were approachable and took the time to answer all my questions regarding supervision practices, particularly around risky play. The children appeared confident within these environments, and it was evident that strong safety measures are embedded throughout the service. The service is beautiful and clean.

The rooms are spacious, open and welcoming, creating such a lovely environment for the kids. The staff are truly beautiful people, and any feedback we’ve ever given has been listened to and actioned. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this centre to anyone. We know our child feels safe and supported here, which is all any parent hopes for.

We’ve had an amazing experience with Charters Towers Kids ELC. They provide fun activities that support learning, exploration, and development. The educators allow children to be themselves, supporting them to explore at their own pace. They are wonderful with children who have additional needs and work very well with NDIS families, which has made a huge difference for us. We feel very supported and confident in the care and education our son receives.

Coming from a non-English speaking background and being new to Australia, she faced many challenges, but the team at Charters Towers Kids elc played a pivotal role in helping her settle in. They welcomed her with patience, kindness, and genuine cultural respect. They took the time to understand her background, recognise her culture, and make her feel valued and included. Because of this support, my child was able to grow in confidence, build relationships, and feel a strong sense of belonging in a new environment. I am deeply grateful for the encouragement and opportunities they provided her. Thank you to the whole team for creating such an inclusive and nurturing space for my child will always cherish the time at Kids elc.

He has been part of this childcare for the past four years from age 1 to age five and we couldn’t have asked for a better place for him to grow, learn, and thrive. I am so grateful for all the educators, who are consistently kind, caring, thoughtful, and always willing to help. Every member of the team brings genuine warmth and incredible energy. They create an environment where children feel safe, supported, and truly valued. I would highly, highly recommend Rothwell Kids to any family looking for a childcare centre that feels like a second home. We moved our daughter to this centre when it first opened, and from day one, Mrs Robyn and all the educators have been incredibly kind and supportive. The centre is always clean and well maintained, and we’ve really noticed the difference, our daughter used to get sick often at her previous daycare, but since joining here, she’s been so much healthier. We’re so happy with the care and love she receives every day.

All the new staff are so lovely too and have actively spent time getting to know my son, which I really appreciate. We tried sending him to another centre part time but ended up enrolling him at Goodna full time instead, as the other centre didn’t live up to the standard Goodna had set for us
