I have been very happy with the care and support Journey has provided for my daughter. The educators have been caring, supportive and... I have been very happy with the care and support Journey has provided for my daughter. The educators have been caring, supportive and have helped her grow and develop so much. We have decided to end her care because she will be starting primary school next year, so we feel this is the right time for her to finish her time at Journey and prepare for this next exciting stage. I’m very grateful for everything the team has done for her and for our family. Thank you for all the wonderful memories and support. ❤️

Our children have absolutely thrived here, in less than a year they have been enrolled in. We’ve seen such a huge difference in their confidence, social skills and overall development. We have seen this, not just through the activities, routines and experiences they’re involved in, but through their relationships they have created with their incredible educators and teachers who genuinely care about the children and are passionate about what they do.

I especially want to mention Kinder Room 2. We honestly can’t thank Smrita and Bianca enough for everything they do. They always go out of their way to tell us about our daughter’s day at pick-up, what activities she’s been involved in, what she enjoyed and how she’s been progressing. The encouragement and support they constantly give her really means a lot to us. They’ve always made our family feel so welcomed, supported and comfortable, and we can genuinely see how much they care about our daughter.

We also want to thank management team- Tiarah, Mel and Megan-whenever we’ve had a question or concern, they’ve always been approachable, understanding and quick to address it. We really appreciate that they don’t just listen, but actually take the time to follow things up and make sure concerns are dealt with as soon as possible. They ensure that communication with families are priority, which again gives us a lot of reassurance as a family.

We’re so grateful to have such amazing educators, teachers and management supporting our children’s journey :)

We’ve been part of the Journey Whittlesea community for around 7 years now, with all three of our kids attending at different stages.... We’ve been part of the Journey Whittlesea community for around 7 years now, with all three of our kids attending at different stages. In that amount of time we’ve obviously seen lots of changes, different educators and had lots of different experiences, but one person I really want to acknowledge is Alana, the Centre Director.

Alana genuinely cares about the centre, the children and the families. She is approachable, understanding and always willing to listen, and I really appreciate how much effort she puts into making sure concerns are heard and things are followed up.

Our girls are there now and we’ve been especially grateful for the support our eldest daughter has received with her speech and development, and for the patience and care shown to our baby girl while she settled into childcare. It means a lot being able to leave your kids somewhere knowing that the people looking after them actually know them and care about how they’re doing.

After being part of Journey for so many years, I know how much strong leadership can shape a centre. Alana deserves recognition for everything she does for the children and families, and we’re also incredibly grateful to the educators who care for our girls each day. Even after some educators over the years have left they still stay in touch and check in on our family. We’ve made such special genuine relationships with so many wonderful educators. Thank you, Alana, and the whole team, for everything you do ❤️
