We recently moved to Townsville from Bali, and one of our biggest concerns was helping our 4-year-old adjust to a new country, new environment, and a completely different routine. We are so grateful that we found this daycare.

From the very beginning, the educators made our son feel safe, welcome, and included. They were incredibly patient, caring, and supportive throughout his transition, which made such a difference for both him and us as parents. Adjusting to a new place can be challenging for a young child, but the team helped him settle in with kindness and understanding.

Now, he is genuinely excited to go to daycare every day and comes home smiling and happy. Seeing him so comfortable, confident, and enjoying his time there gives us so much peace of mind.

They take the time to understand each child's individual needs and provide a supportive environment where they can learn and grow.

The educators are patient, professional, and communicate well with families. I especially appreciate the care and support they provide for children with additional needs. It's reassuring to know my child is in such capable and compassionate hands.

There truly aren't enough words to express how grateful we are for everyone at Guppy's. From the very beginning, they've made our family... Knowing I can drop both of my children off each day and leave knowing they're safe, happy, loved, and in such capable hands gives me complete peace of mind.

The educators are nothing short of amazing. They are kind, patient, compassionate, and treat every child as if they were their own. It's so clear how much love and dedication they put into what they do, and it shines through in the way our children have grown in confidence, independence, and happiness.

One thing we've always appreciated is how supportive and accommodating the team has been. When permanent five-day positions became available for both of my children on the same days, they contacted us straight away. It meant so much to our family, and we're incredibly thankful for the care and consideration they showed us.

Our children come home every day excited to tell us about what they've learned, the friends they've played with, and the wonderful educators who make every day so special. As parents, there is no greater comfort than knowing your children are not only being looked after but are truly loved, encouraged, and given every opportunity to thrive.
