We are so happy with our decision to send our son to Future Leaders Academy. ❤️ From the beginning, the educators have been so welcoming, caring, patient and understanding. They have taken the time to get to know him, understand his individual needs and support him in a way that works for him.

It has been so lovely to see him become more comfortable, confident and engaged in his kindergarten environment. As a parent, knowing that your child is genuinely cared for, understood and included means so much.

We really appreciate the communication, support and effort the educators put in every day to help him learn, grow and enjoy his time at kindergarten.

After more than five weeks of sending our son to Future Leaders Academy, I feel we have had enough time to genuinely reflect on our experience, and I’m very happy to give the centre five stars.

As first-time parents, and with this being our son's first experience in childcare, the decision to send him to a centre was honestly quite stressful for us. With some of the concerning stories about childcare in the news recently, we naturally had a lot of worries about whether he would receive the care, attention and supervision we expected.

From the beginning, Neha was extremely helpful and reassuring. She patiently assisted us throughout the onboarding process, answered our questions and made us feel much more comfortable about the transition. When our son was unwell, she was also very understanding and accommodating with adjusting his days. A special thank you to Neha for making what was initially a difficult decision for us so much easier.

The educators have been wonderful as well. They are caring, attentive and professional, and they put genuine effort into helping our son settle in and become comfortable with the new environment. Seeing how smoothly he has transitioned over these weeks has given us a lot of confidence and peace of mind.

One of the things I appreciate most about Future Leaders Academy is the level of communication and transparency throughout the day. We receive frequent updates about our son — when and what he has eaten, how much he ate, his drinks, sleep, activities, nappy/check information and other details about his day. As a parent, being able to check these updates and know how he is doing without having to constantly call the centre is incredibly reassuring.

I’m also very impressed with how organised the centre is. The daily routines and activity timetables are well planned, there is a good variety of learning and play activities, the menus are thoughtfully organised, and the centre itself is well maintained. You can see that considerable planning goes into keeping the children engaged while maintaining a structured routine.

What matters most to us, though, is the care and attention our son receives. After seeing how the educators interact with him and how comfortable he has become at the centre, we feel much more at ease leaving him in their care.

For parents who are sending their child to childcare for the first time and may have the same worries we initially had, I can genuinely recommend Future Leaders Academy. Our experience so far has been extremely positive, and we really appreciate Neha and all the educators for the care, patience and support they have shown our son and our family.

As first-time parents with... It’s been almost a month since our 18-month-old son joined Future Leaders Academy, and we’ve had such a positive experience.

As first-time parents with an only child, sending him to daycare was quite worrying initially. The two orientation days and reassurance from the team made the transition so much easier. He currently attends two days a week, and we’re already planning to increase this to four because of how comfortable and confident we feel with his care.

In just a few weeks, we’ve noticed him becoming more independent with self-feeding and even sleeping without needing to be rocked. He now happily goes to his educators and genuinely seems to enjoy his days there. The regular app updates and transparency are also very reassuring.

A special mention to Neha, whose warmth and reassurance played a huge part in us choosing the centre, and to Zyaneb, who has been wonderful with our son. During one of his early drop-offs, I went back to check on him and saw her gently rocking him to sleep, such a simple moment, but it gave me so much comfort as a parent. ❤️

We’re very happy with our decision.

I honestly can’t recommend Future Leaders Academy enough.

My little boy is 16 months old and after having a really difficult experience at another... I honestly can’t recommend Future Leaders Academy enough.

My little boy is 16 months old and after having a really difficult experience at another childcare centre, I was extremely nervous about starting him somewhere new. He never settled at the previous centre and cried for the entire day, so I eventually pulled him out.
The difference at Future Leaders Academy was incredible. He settled during his very first orientation session and on his actual first day, he cried for about 10 seconds before happily going off to play. I couldn’t believe it!
One of the first things I noticed was how calm the centre was. When I walked into the family grouping room, all the children were happily sitting and doing an activity. There was no screaming, crying or chaos, just such a calm and welcoming environment. I really believe this helped my son settle so quickly.
The centre is absolutely immaculate, the resources and toys are fantastic and the food is amazing. Everything is freshly prepared by the chef, and my son even had homemade granola on his first day!
Most importantly, the staff are wonderful. Everyone has been so warm and caring, and Neha, the Centre Director, has been amazing.
My son is so happy and has settled in incredibly well. After our previous experience, I’m so grateful to have found a centre where I feel completely comfortable leaving him. I honestly can’t fault Future Leaders Academy and would highly recommend it to any parent.

I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience has been here. Initially, we enrolled my son for 3 days a week, but he was enjoying himself so much—and missing his educators and friends on the off days—that we decided to make the switch to 5 days!

​The staff create such a warm, safe, and engaging environment. Seeing him so happy and excited to go every morning gives us total peace of mind. Thank you to the incredible team for taking such wonderful care of him!
