They are two very different little people, with their own personalities, needs and behaviours, and the educators have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure both girls feel safe, understood, supported and genuinely cared for.

What has really stood out to us is how well the educators understand and support their individual behaviours and needs. They are proactive, patient and responsive, and we always feel that any concerns are communicated promptly and thoughtfully.

One of the things we love most is that every educator seems to know every child. It creates such a wonderful sense of community and makes the centre feel like a place where every child truly matters, not just the children in their own room.

We have felt incredibly supported as parents and, most importantly, we know our girls are seen, valued and cared for as individuals. The genuine effort, compassion and dedication from the whole team is something we are extremely grateful for.

Staff are caring, attentive and all genuinely love the children they look after and the ones they don’t! Everyone knows your child and it’s a very special place. We are very happy here.

As a mum, she has always made me feel so comfortable knowing my kids are in her care.

You can genuinely tell how much she cares about each child. She knows both of my kids so well, has her own little jokes with each of them and always goes above and beyond for them. My kids absolutely adore her and we honestly couldn’t ask for a better educator.

The educators in the Nursery room took great care of him, helping him settle into the centre’s routine with such warmth and patience. A big thank you to Ms Abby, Khadijah, Prakriti, and Jazmine for their care and support in helping him settle in, and to Ms Sabina for her warm welcome to the centre.

He’s now almost three, and watching how much he has grown and developed during his time here has been incredible. His communication has come so far — he’s constantly singing now — and we’ve seen such a big change in his confidence around other people and his ability to build friendships. One of the things that matters most to us is knowing that he’s not only learning and developing skills, but also learning how to interact, communicate and build relationships with both adults and other children.

The staff are fantastic. What really stands out is that it genuinely feels like they know our son. Everyone from the chef and trainees, through to the educators, centre director and the girls at the front desk, knows him by name — and they know our names too. You feel important and like you matter, rather than feeling like just another family or another number.

Even after two years, the warmth when you walk through the door hasn’t changed. Most days our son happily leaves us and goes straight off to play with an educator, which makes drop-off so much easier as a parent. It’s also lovely when you pick him up and the educators can tell you about his day because they actually know him, rather than having to check notes to remember what he’s been doing.

The food and nutrition program is another big positive. The meals are varied and interesting, our son always eats plenty, and we love that he is constantly being encouraged to try new things. The activities and toys are also regularly rotated and seem to be genuinely driven by the children’s interests, rather than just following the same routine day after day.

The community events and fundraisers are another great touch. They keep families involved and help create that feeling that the centre is part of the wider community, rather than simply somewhere you drop your child off. The end-of-year celebrations are always something we look forward to as well.

We’ve tried a number of childcare centres across the local area, and Little Zacs Jordan Springs has really stood out for us. We’ve never had an issue with communication and have always found the staff approachable, attentive and genuinely caring.

For us, it really comes down to one thing: our son is happy, confident, learning and forming great relationships, and we feel like the people caring for him genuinely know and care about him. That’s exactly what we want from a childcare centre, and we’re very grateful to the whole Little Zacs Jordan Springs team.

My daughter is in the preschool room and she was coming home missing shoes and dirty, now I walk in to the room and it smells clean, the teachers are happy and they spend time to tell me about her day. They lost their director and the area manager has stepped in and she always greets us with a smile and is willing to answer any question….i am impressed how much difference this change has made to the overall feeling you now get as soon as you walk into the preschool.
