To say I was anxious and emotional about the transition would be an understatement.

From my very first tour with Donna, I had a feeling that First Five was something special. The centre is beautiful and always spotless, the communication is top-notch, and most importantly, the staff are second to none. Every educator is so warm, nurturing and attentive. You can genuinely tell they love what they do and truly care for every little one in their nursery.

Our son settled in beautifully and formed such close bonds with his educators within just a few weeks. Watching him grow in confidence, independence and development over the past six months has been incredible. I know so much of that is thanks to the wonderful care he receives, the friendships he’s made, and the fun, creative and developmentally appropriate activities his educators plan each day.

I will always be grateful to our First Five family for supporting me through such a difficult season of life in ways they probably don’t even realise, and for taking such beautiful care of my little one. I truly can’t recommend this centre highly enough. 💛

We are so grateful for the care, support, and dedication the team has shown Thomas since he started at the centre when he was 8 months. Watching him grow in confidence, independence, communication, and social skills has been incredibly reassuring and rewarding for us as parents. The educators have been fantastic — caring, attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in his wellbeing and development. It is clear every day that Thomas feels safe, happy, and loved there, and that gives us so much peace of mind. Like any parent, we had a few questions and concerns and the team listened to us, reassured us, addressed the issues properly, and made meaningful improvements. Since then, we have felt completely supported, and the concerns never happened again. We truly feel that the educators and staff care deeply about the children and work hard to create a nurturing, positive, and welcoming environment. Thomas has formed beautiful relationships there, and it has become such an important part of his growth and daily life. Thank you to the whole team for everything you do. We genuinely love being part of the centre and would highly recommend it to other families.

Donna and the team at First Five are INCREDIBLE! My son absolutely loves his time with his teachers and friends each day he... Donna and the team at First Five are INCREDIBLE! My son absolutely loves his time with his teachers and friends each day he attends. We have 5 daycares that we live closer to, however choose to drive a further distance to First Five because of how well they look after our son. The biggest sellers for us are the community feel, the huge UNDERCOVER playground and the educational standards/ opportunities for growth. Being a teacher myself, I know it’s vital for our child to have the best education at his age, and seeing the curriculum and activities that are provided at First Five, we know that is exactly what he is getting. He absolutely loved going every day, and we saw him grow, learn, and flourish so much during his time there. Even though English isn’t our first language, every educator and staff member was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive with both him and us. Honestly, every single person was amazing, I can’t even mention names because I’d hate to accidentally leave someone out. It was the kind of place where I could leave my child and feel completely at peace knowing he was safe, loved, and well cared for. We only left because we moved to another suburb, but First Five will always hold a very special place in our hearts. Thank you for everything! Rafaella Avelar.

My child was enrolled at 5 months old and will be turning 3 next week. She has been supported throughout transitions between rooms. Donna Jordan is the lovely centre director and was my 14 year old child’s educator at another centre when he was 3/4 years old. From the moment I attended our visit I knew this was the centre for us. Every staff member greets you warmly every day and every employee has a true passion for what they do. My child is thriving at first five and wants to be there even on weekends and when she is unwell. We have moved out of the local area but we continue to make the trip twice a day to keep her at first five. If you choose First Five Bundall for your child you will not regret that decision. Best centre on the Gold Coast.
