The staff there are so caring & kind and I have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

My daughter attended this centre when she was just a baby, and now my son is there too. Knowing that some of the wonderful “OG” educators — Gurjeet, Janice and Ebonie — are still there from the time my daughter was little makes it feel even more special. There is such a strong sense of familiarity, trust and genuine care.
My son absolutely loves going every day. He happily walks through the doors without a tear, which, as a parent, says so much. The educators make learning fun, engaging and exciting, and I can see how much he enjoys the activities and experiences they provide. There is always something different happening, and I love seeing how much thought and creativity goes into what they do.
One of the things I value most is the communication. Even the smallest accident or incident is promptly reported, and every concern I have ever raised has been listened to and addressed with care. I completely trust the decisions the educators make when it comes to my children and have never had a second thought about leaving them in their care. That level of trust is priceless.
The meals are another big win — both of my children have always loved the food! 😂
What I also admire deeply is how the centre celebrates and respects everyone, regardless of their background, beliefs or religion. My children are growing up in an environment where diversity is embraced, kindness is encouraged and everyone is treated with respect.
Every educator I have encountered has been experienced, kind, patient and genuinely caring. You can tell that this is more than just a job for them — they truly care about the children and their wellbeing.
To all the educators, especially those who have been part of our journey from the very beginning, thank you. Thank you for nurturing my children, teaching them, making them laugh, keeping them safe and helping them grow into confident little people.
I trust you with the most precious things in my life, and I honestly wouldn’t have it any other way. We are incredibly lucky to have found a centre that feels like an extension of our family.

The indoor/outdoor space is big and perfect for all seasons so the children are always able to enjoy outdoor play (which my son loves!)
The Management team are always friendly and helpful and the educators are so wonderful and welcoming, we are very fortunate having this team take such good care of our son.

We enrolled our co-sleeping, exclusively breastfed little one at 12 months old, just four weeks after my mother passed away. To say I was anxious and emotional about the transition would be an understatement.

From my very first tour with Donna, I had a feeling that First Five was something special. The centre is beautiful and always spotless, the communication is top-notch, and most importantly, the staff are second to none. Every educator is so warm, nurturing and attentive. You can genuinely tell they love what they do and truly care for every little one in their nursery.

Our son settled in beautifully and formed such close bonds with his educators (Kirsten and Rika are amazing!!) within just a few weeks. Watching him grow in confidence, independence and development over the past six months has been incredible. I know so much of that is thanks to the wonderful care he receives, the friendships he’s made, and the fun, creative and developmentally appropriate activities his educators plan each day.

I will always be grateful to our First Five family for supporting me through such a difficult season of life in ways they probably don’t even realise, and for taking such beautiful care of my little one. I truly can’t recommend this centre highly enough. 💛

We are so grateful for the care, support, and dedication the team has shown Thomas since he started at the centre when he... We are so grateful for the care, support, and dedication the team has shown Thomas since he started at the centre when he was 8 months. Watching him grow in confidence, independence, communication, and social skills has been incredibly reassuring and rewarding for us as parents. The educators have been fantastic — caring, attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in his wellbeing and development. It is clear every day that Thomas feels safe, happy, and loved there, and that gives us so much peace of mind. Like any parent, we had a few questions and concerns and the team listened to us, reassured us, addressed the issues properly, and made meaningful improvements. Since then, we have felt completely supported, and the concerns never happened again. We truly feel that the educators and staff care deeply about the children and work hard to create a nurturing, positive, and welcoming environment. Thomas has formed beautiful relationships there, and it has become such an important part of his growth and daily life. Thank you to the whole team for everything you do. We genuinely love being part of the centre and would highly recommend it to other families.

A special shoutout to Christie & Caroline, who consistently make our family feel welcomed, valued and supported every single day.
