As a young mum returning to work for the first time, I was very nervous and reluctant about sending him to daycare. However, from the beginning we have had nothing but a positive experience here. All of the educators are incredibly caring, kind, and attentive with the children. My son has built such lovely relationships not only with the educators in his room, but also with many of the other educators in the center. When you arrive in the morning or leave in the afternoon, the educators and managers are always greeting the children and families. His classroom always has a clear program with a variety of activities and learning opportunities for them. They do so many engaging and educational things that I wouldn’t always be able to replicate at home, along with plenty of toys and outdoor play time. The classrooms are always kept clean and well maintained (as clean as you can expect with little ones) The educators also communicate really well with families. They share updates, personal posts about milestones and development, and work with you to set goals that support your child’s growth. I am so grateful that we chose this daycare for our son. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he is cared for by such wonderful people, and I truly wouldn’t want him to go anywhere else.

Friendly, welcoming, great facilities, wide array of food for the little ones, amazing adherence to rules and regulations that help everyone! Communication is top notch with the ability to check how your child is going at any point in the day in an app.

Honestly I am so sad we had to move our son due to location difficulties. However because Cranbourne West has treated us so... Honestly I am so sad we had to move our son due to location difficulties. However because Cranbourne West has treated us so well, we wanted nothing more than to keep our son with the Bluebirds group. Our son has been with Bluebirds Cranbourne West since they opened and they have watched him grow from infant to toddler and nurtured his growth and progress the whole way. from watching him learn to stand to taking his first steps and watching as he enjoys running down everyone in his path. He has learned so much and grown into the wonderfu; intellegient little man he is today thanks to all the help support and guidance Cranbourne West Blue Birds has given us and him. We want to give special thanks to the team for helping us more than anything in the mornings with drop offs with so much easier and reassuring knowing he was confident enough to go to their staff with no reservations and feel safe . special thanks to Gianna who has been there since day one and has been our go to for Dante and his favourite educator since. more thanks to Megan , Kris, Jess and the team for being his biggest supporters. We are so sad to leave them all but because of this team we are deffinetly making sure we come back to visit.

Educators always take time to give an indepth handover, but they always acknowledge any child in their care who seek their help while they're talking to adults; reassuring to know kids aren't being ignored or dismissed whilst in care! Our fussy eater also now tries everything we serve up, thanks to the amazing chef Alan!
