Story House Early Learning

My experience with the child care service has been very positive.However I would appreciate more variety in the food options. This would help make mealtime more enjoyable for the child.

We’re so thankful we chose Story House! The educators are excellent, genuinely kind, caring and make our child feel so loved and supported. Seeing our little one happy and thriving means everything and it gives us such peace of mind knowing they’re in such good hands. We couldn’t recommend SH and the team at Windsor enough!

An absolute gem of a childcare center! The entire team goes above and beyond week in and week out to provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. My child loves the educators and looks forward to going every day. Thank you for everything you do!

We couldn't be happier with Story House Early Learning Bligh Park. My son was at another daycare for 5-6 weeks where instructions were not followed, my child was very unsettled at drop off and pick up, no daily journals (we got 3-4 over the period we were there), items were missing everyday, and I didn't get any correspondence or updates regarding certain concerns.

He has just started here and it took one day for all instructions to be followed, photos, updates, an easy (stress free) drop off, a family member said he was happy at pick up (with an educator), and all his items were packed in his bag and ready.

The curriculum, processes, location, rooms, service, cleanliness, food, entertainment and involvement with children and parents and teaching at this centre are second to none!!!! Thankyou Team!! My son Dylan loves SHEL Miranda!!!!!

Story house Reservoir is the best, the staff are wonderful, the rooms thoughtful and the food is amazing!

We truly love StoryHouse Mount Waverley. My son is always happy to arrive every morning because he knows he will have a day of full fun activities ahead of him.

The educators ( Shu wen, Mae, Joanne, Pak) and Boya) are kind, professional and truly caring to all the children. The Centre is also always clean, safe and well organised.

As a parent, my wife and I are very happy with this centre and would definitely recommend other parents to enrol their children here.

I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful childcare centre for my toddler. Story House were able to accommodate K at very short notice and made the whole transition so much easier than I had anticipated.

The orientation days were fantastic, and what really stood out to me was how much effort the educators put into getting to know him. They took the time to understand his interests and even made sure there were familiar toys available to help him feel comfortable and settled. It was such a thoughtful touch and I knew he would be in good hands.

All the educators have been so warm, friendly and caring, and the centre has a really welcoming feel to it. The menu plan is nutritious and varied, and I can see that K is enjoying his meals from the daily updates.

It's really reassuring knowing that K is somewhere he is genuinely cared for. I couldn't recommend Story House enough!
