They provide a safe, clean, and fun learning environment where my daughter is constantly trying new activities and building great friendships. The communication with families is excellent, and Kathryn and the staff always greet us with bright, happy faces. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for high-quality care!

Over that time, as with anything, we’ve naturally experienced a few bumps along the way, but one thing I have always known is that my children have been in the most trusted, loving and caring hands.

The care and dedication the educators show to every single child is truly second to none. From day one, our family has felt like part of their family, never just another number. The educators know every child's name, their little quirks, their individual needs and what makes them unique, and they genuinely care for each and every one of them.

We are incredibly grateful for the love, care and support our children have received over the years, and we honestly couldn't imagine being anywhere else. Story House will always hold a very special place in our family's hearts. ❤️

All the educators are amazing, especially Shiren and Ruth, who are so loving and patient. We are incredibly happy with our choice! 🥰

My child started only a few months ago, but I can already feel how experienced and caring the educators are. Many of them have been working there for years, and as mums themselves, they show such genuine love and understanding toward the children. Every time I chat with them, I can feel their passion, their knowledge of child development, and the thoughtful learning experiences they plan based on each child’s interests and needs.

I especially like the nursery. Families need to take their shoes off before entering the room, which creates a clean, calm environment for the babies. I’ve visited many centres, and not many have this practice.

I also love that we can taste the food our children eat. When we pick up, the chef Holly places the afternoon tea at the front door so families can try it. It makes me feel connected to my child’s day and reassured about the quality of the meals.
