The facility is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, with a great play yard that encourages active play. There are plentiful activities that engage the children and promote learning. Since attending, my son has become very confident and has learned so many valuable skills. I highly recommend Story House Southport to any family seeking quality childcare.

The Educators and management didn’t just answer my questions, they went above and beyond to reassure me and help us feel ready. Settling in wasn’t instant for my daughter. She needed time, and not once did I feel rushed or dismissed. The educators were so patient and intentional about including children. Every single person there is welcoming and supportive. The environment is amazing, natural and engaging. The biggest change I’ve seen is in my daughter. She’s grown so much in confidence. She comes home chatting about her friends, activity she is doing, she’s thriving as a little girl. As a mum, knowing she’s included, safe, and genuinely loved while she learns makes the world of difference. We’re so grateful we found Story House ❤️
