We’re absolutely in love with Whiz Kidz and couldn’t be happier with the care, love and attention our boys receive. Every single teacher has been so warm, caring and wonderful with them, and it’s clear how genuinely invested they are in all the children.

We’re so grateful to the entire team for everything they do and feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful place for our boys.

And, of course, my personal favourite perk has to be the coffee cart! 🤣☕️ It’s the little things that make those daycare drop-offs even better!

If you’re looking for a childcare for your child, I would highly recommend this centre. It’s definitely one of the best choices in the area.

There are very few people in the world we trust with our children — and this team is one of them.

Our son has been at WizKids for two years, absolutely loves it and has an amazing connection with his educators. Our daughter attended before him and, even though she is now at school, is still emotionally connected to the educators who cared for her.

What makes this centre so special is the people. There is very little staff turnover, the team genuinely love working together, and you can see how deeply they care about the children. My partner and I are extremely particular about who we trust with our kids — we don't even leave them alone with family or friends — so our trust in this team says everything.

The children aren't just incredibly well cared for — they learn so much. Both of ours have come home knowing things we never taught them, from science and nature to the environment and the world around them. The education from the baby rooms onwards is incredible and always age-appropriate.

A very special thank you to Zaki, who is truly exceptional and has an incredible connection with the children and her care and attention to parents, families and educators. She is an amazing leader and administrator. And to Catherine, who led the centre when we first arrived and has since moved on to lead the new WizKids centre in Sydenham — we will never forget the impact you had on our family.

We trust this centre so much that our nephew now attends too and we recommend it to everyone!

From first contact and centre tour 4 years ago, right through until currently; there has been caring, professional and friendly service and both our kids are excited to go to daycare everyday. We can genuinely notice the difference in their vocabulary, social and emotional skills and we know that when we drop them off, not only are they cared for so gently and compassionately like the educators are watching their own kids, but they are growing and developing in a happy, fun and safe environment! Every single staff member is amazing and loves your child and this all makes you feel really good about leaving them with them every day. We would rate these guys 1000stars if we could! A special mention to a few staff in particular; Mel, Elsa, Nat, Cora, Aparna, Mita, Bhakti, Sam, Hadia, Angela and Jenna!

After moving to Australia from abroad, finding the right daycare for our little one felt like one of the most important decisions we had to make. From the moment we walked in for a tour of Whiz Kids, we knew it was the right fit - the premises was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Since starting, our toddler has settled in so well. Every member of staff genuinely seems to care, and that warmth has made all the difference during such a big transition for our family. Highly recommend Whiz Kids to any parent looking for a daycare that feels like a true home away from home.

Whizkidz is honestly such a great centre, my daughter’s been going here for 2 years now and we’ve got nothing but good things to say. Everyone here is so lovely, and you can tell they actually care about the kids.

I have both my children at Whiz Kidz in Castle Hill and couldn’t recommend them enough. Having someone else watch your kids is one of the most daunting things for parents returning to work, but leaving them with the educators here, puts us at ease as they care for our children as if they were their own. The facilities are great, resources constantly updated, and the children are always busy doing craft, engaging in science experiments or outdoor play. My eldest child has been in both the Mozart and Einstein room and always talks about how great his day is, and how much fun he has had. The educators in each of these rooms have been fantastic, and have helped him grow, entertained his interests, and have encouraged great learning through play, reading, and other activities. My youngest, in the Picasso room is always greeted with excitement and is cared for. Even though the children are young, and have competing demands with their sleep schedules etc, the educators make an effort to engage them in craft, science experiments and other activities as well.
The educators are transparent, and will contact you if they have any concerns for your child e.g. “they haven’t had much water today, would you like us to offer milk instead (so they remain hydrated)”

The Xplor app allows parents to be aware of what their child has eaten, if they’ve had nappy changes, naps etc. when you are so unsure about how your return to work will be because you’re worried about your kids, this daycare centre will put you at ease.
