They took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us the reassurance and confidence we needed to feel comfortable leaving our children in their care. The educators are caring, patient, and genuinely attentive to the children, and they always make us feel welcome and comfortable as parents. Our child has settled in very well, enjoys going each day, and has become more confident and independent since starting here. The centre is clean, well organised, and communication with families is always clear and helpful. We really appreciate all the effort the team puts into creating a safe, happy, and supportive environment for the children, and we would definitely recommend this centre to other families.

We have had a wonderful experience at Montessori Academy and are very grateful for the care and support our 3-year-old daughter has received since she first joined the centre. From her early days in the infant room to her transition into the preschool environment, we have seen her grow into a much more confident, independent and happy little girl.

We would like to give a special thank you to Centre Manager Ms Izabel for creating such a warm and welcoming environment and for always being approachable and supportive. We are also very thankful to Ms Keyi, Ms Vera, Ms Sylvia and Mr Ralph for the care, patience and encouragement they give our daughter every day. We would also like to recognise her previous infant room educators, Ms Doris, Ms Karen, Ms Venus and Ms Nisha, who cared for her during such an important early stage and helped her feel safe and settled when she first started.

It means a lot to us to know that our daughter is surrounded by educators who genuinely care about her wellbeing, learning and development. She enjoys coming to the centre and is always excited to tell us about her day. We really appreciate the communication with families and the way the educators work together to support each child. Thank you to the whole team for being such an important part of our daughter’s early years. We would happily recommend Montessori Academy to other families.

What stood out to me from the... I had a really positive experience with this childcare centre over the two years my daughter attended.

What stood out to me from the very beginning was how welcoming and open the centre was. I actually walked in one day without an appointment and asked if I could have a tour. Sandhina, the Centre Manager, was kind enough to show me around that same day without any prior arrangement. That immediately gave me a sense of trust and made me feel that this could be a safe and caring place for my daughter.

The staff were always very friendly, approachable and welcoming, and throughout the two years, I never had any major issues or concerns. I also felt very comfortable with the safety and care provided at the centre.

I would especially like to mention Samia, one of the educators in the toddler room. She was such a lovely and caring person and treated my daughter like her own. Knowing that my daughter was cared for with that level of genuine affection gave me so much peace of mind as a parent.

Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this childcare centre to other families looking for a safe, caring and welcoming environment for their children.

We have had a really positive experience with the centre. The Centre Manager and all of the educators are incredibly kind, caring and approachable. Whenever we have had a question or concern, or sent an email, they have always been very responsive and quick to get back to us, which I really appreciate as a parent.

Safety is also one of the things I value most about this centre. I have always felt that my child is in a safe and well-supervised environment, and I have never had any safety concerns during our time here. In my experience, their approach to safety and care is exceptional.

I would also like to give a special mention to Miss Amalka, Mr Ethan, Miss Queenie and Miss Anjana. They have all been so kind, patient and caring towards the children, and it is lovely to see how genuinely they care about the kids.

Overall, we have had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this centre to other families in the Box Hill area.
