The staff, especially Nat, Rachael, Mandii, Kandy, Becca, are so supportive where there have been changes in life and at home, supporting my kids when in their care. They provide a safe environment for my children to thrive and learn, while embracing their personalities and interests.

There was a little turbulence due to significant management changes however the new team have really hit their stride. They are passionate, caring and understanding and the boys are absolutely thriving developmentally and always have the greatest day. Every staff member and educator we interact with are wonderful and the centre management (Thais and Holly) are next level great. We’ve seen amazing improvement in the centre’s offering and would recommend to anyone.

As a mum, there is nothing more reassuring than leaving your child with someone who you can see genuinely cares about them, and that is exactly how I feel about Sara. She has been incredibly loving, patient and attentive with my daughter and has taken the time to understand her, encourage her and help her develop at her own pace.

One thing I am especially grateful for is the support Sara has given my daughter with her feeding. This has been an important area of development for her, and Sara has been so patient and consistent in encouraging her to feed herself and become more independent. The improvement we have seen has been amazing, and seeing her now able to feed herself confidently means so much to me. I genuinely appreciate the love, patience and effort Sara has put into helping her reach this milestone.

What speaks volumes to me is how much my daughter absolutely loves going to daycare. She is excited to be there, she loves her educators and her friends, and when I arrive to pick her up, sometimes she genuinely does not want to come home! 😂 As a parent, there is no better feeling than knowing your child is somewhere she feels safe, happy, comfortable and loved.

Sara has such a beautiful way of bringing warmth and love into the Butterfly Class while still encouraging the children to learn, grow and become more confident and independent. You can genuinely see that she cares about the children and celebrates their individual progress.

I also want to recognise Veronik and Shalisha, who have been wonderful and contribute so much to the beautiful environment in the Butterfly Class. Together, they have created a space that feels full of warmth, happiness and genuine care.

A very special thank you to Sara for everything you do. The love, patience and kindness you show my daughter do not go unnoticed. Knowing she is so happy in your care gives me so much peace of mind.

As a family with very little support, the incredible educators and staff truly became part of our village. We always felt comfortable leaving our son in their care, knowing he was safe, happy and so well looked after. He absolutely loved his time there and formed such beautiful relationships with his educators and fellow classmates.

A special shout-out to Venkata, who treated our son with so much love, kindness and care. It meant more to us than we can put into words. The whole team treated him like family, and we will always be so grateful for the role they played in his early years.

We are so sad to be leaving and will miss everyone dearly; we are only leaving due to relocation. We couldn’t recommend Guardian Seacombe Gardens enough!! 🩵

All the educators, including teachers from other rooms, are so nice and caring. They have been absolutely wonderful in supporting her through her transition into care. They have given my daughter and our family so much support and lots of love.

The centre manager and assistant centre manager are also great. The teachers are very professional, the centre environment is lovely, and there are plenty of play‑based activities every day. The food is also great, my daughter always eats really well. I highly recommend this childcare!

From our initial tour, Angela was friendly, professional and very helpful. She took the time to explain the centre, answer our questions and guide us through the enrolment process, which made the whole experience feel organised and reassuring from the beginning.

Our child initially found the transition to Kinder quite challenging. It was one of the first times being regularly separated from us, and communicating in English was also still relatively new. The educators were extremely patient and supportive during this adjustment period and allowed our child to build confidence at their own pace.

We have seen a very clear improvement over time. Our child is now much more comfortable in the Kinder environment, enjoys participating in group activities, interacts confidently with other children and has developed close friendships.

What we appreciate most is that the educators appear to genuinely understand each child as an individual rather than expecting every child to adapt in the same way. The communication with families has also been supportive and reassuring throughout the process.

Overall, we’ve been very happy with the experience and would confidently recommend Guardian to families looking for a caring, supportive and well-managed Kinder environment.
