They were so kind, patient, and caring, taking the time to get to know my daughter and helping her settle in at her own pace. Their regular updates and genuine care gave me complete peace of mind.

Now my daughter loves going to daycare and talks about her educators all the time. It’s clear they truly care about every child and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.

One of the things that stood out most was seeing the children run up and hug the managers. From the playground, you can hear children happily calling out the manager’s name, asking her to come and play with them. It is such a genuine display of the warm, trusting relationships the team has built with the children.

The management team is incredibly welcoming and communicates in such a personalised way, making every family feel valued and supported. The forefront educators truly know the children, and you can see how happy they are.

It’s also clear that the children are learning so much more than just school readiness. Manners, kindness, respect, and confidence are embedded into everyday experiences, creating a nurturing environment where children truly thrive.

I would highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a caring, professional, and welcoming place for their child.

First, I would like to recognise Mr. Singh Sukhvir and Madam Rose Almeddine. From the moment we arrive at the centre each morning, they always welcome us warmly. They ask how we are, how our day is going, and how our weekend was. These simple acts of kindness make us feel respected, welcomed, and valued as a family.

What I appreciate most about Mr. Singh and Madam Rose is the way they listen to parents. Whenever I have raised concerns about my children, they have always taken the time to listen carefully and respond in a caring and professional manner. Mr. Singh always reassures me that he will speak with the educators and make sure the concerns are addressed. Madam Rose is also very supportive and acts quickly to follow up on matters, including completing any necessary paperwork and ensuring everything is handled properly.

I also appreciate their honesty and transparency. When something happens with my children, especially if they are unwell or need attention, they always contact us and keep us informed. They do not hide things from parents—they communicate honestly and clearly because they genuinely care about the children’s wellbeing and safety.

I would also like to share something special about Mr. Singh. I truly believe he has built a wonderful relationship with the children. My son enjoys coming to Scribbles and Giggles, and I feel that Mr. Singh is one of the reasons why. At the end of the day, when my son comes outside, the first person he wants to find and say goodbye to is Mr. Singh. This shows me that my son feels comfortable, safe, and happy around him. The way Mr. Singh treats the children—with kindness, patience, and respect—has created a beautiful connection with them, and the children naturally respond with love and trust.

Mrs. Ramya has been an amazing teacher for my son Livai. I have seen great improvement in Livai since being in her care. He has learned to write his name, enjoys learning songs, and has grown in his confidence and development. I truly appreciate the patience, encouragement, and dedication she has shown him.

Mrs. Ramya has also always shown me kindness and warmth. The way she speaks to me about my son shows how much she cares and how genuine she is. I can feel her kindness through the way she communicates, and I truly appreciate the respect and care she has shown towards my child and our family.

I would also like to thank Junjin, who has cared for my son Jordan. She has always shown kindness, patience, and support. One moment that touched my heart was when I saw Jordan crying and watched how she comforted him and tried to make him happy. That moment showed me the genuine care, patience, and love she has for the children.

I would also like to recognise Bhawna Mittal. Although she is a quiet person, I admire the gentle and welcoming way she receives the children each day. Her calm and caring approach does

I will be honest, I was a little worried at first (What new mum isn't? ) when your choosing a whole new Daycare... I will be honest, I was a little worried at first (What new mum isn't? ) when your choosing a whole new Daycare for your child? I looked at many different daycares and 1000's of good and bad reviews, I checked over many area's close by to where I moved to and couldn't find one perfect for us. Just when I thought to myself I'll have to drive half an hour there and back to my old daycare I drive down Woolworths and see Scribbles and Giggles. They are only literally a 2 minute drive from my house and someone who works from home it is perfect.

The management are amazing, always kid and welcoming, they say hi to my son and I. I have never felt so welcomed. The onboarding was so easy and no stress at all. My son is taking it a day at a time but he does love it there and it shows.

Thank you Scribbles and Giggles for showing me that change isn't scary. And for always being so helpful.

My boy doesn't cry anymore at drop offs, he runs into the centre with the biggest smile on his face and it honestly keeps my heart at ease knowing he's happy. We've had our issues at centres previously before where I've felt my son was judged. But I'm so content with the way Scribbles & Giggles have attended to both mine and my boy's needs.
All I've wanted is for my Son to be accepted and they do just that and so much more. They absolutely adore him and it definitely shows! Couldn't be anymore happier.🩵

It gives so much peace of mind knowing our voices are heard and valued. My boys absolutely love going to daycare, which says everything. Their “ready for school” program is top tier and has given my kids so much confidence. All the educators and management are incredible—we honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.
