I have seen alot of change in management but good thing is that they bring to higher management from below. I had issues but they listened and helped me to manage the issues. I will highly recommend this service. Unfortunately fees at this centre have gone up but this is something management needs to re-think. Plus giving free public holidays, plus 50% discount on sick and holidays will attract more parents.

As a first time mum it is really daunting considering heading back into the workforce and placing my only child into the care of people, other than myself or my family members. All of my concerns and anxiety were addressed and alleviated completely on my first dealing with the staff at Where We Grow Craigieburn. There is nothing too hard, no issue too large that they didn’t assist with in our transition to childcare. It has been a supportive and caring environment right from the beginning and the staff and premises are warm and welcoming. It really is a great environment for children to learn and grow. Educators who love what they do and lots of incursions and community based learning. The best decision I made for my family is enrolling my child. I definitely highly recommend to anyone wanting a smaller, child and family focused center with one on one tailored care.

My baby has been with the center from 6 months old, the educators are warm and welcome, each morning she's exciting and happy... My baby has been with the center from 6 months old, the educators are warm and welcome, each morning she's exciting and happy when greeted by the educators. They have been doing fantastic work to help her walking, self feed and learn other self help skills. Each educator knows her preferences. They provided details feedback during drop off and pick up. The meals are also great with various cuisines encouraging her move from milk to solid.

The learning journey has been great for Darian. It’s a great place to get the younger kids enrolled in their pre school years.

My daughter has attended Where We Grow for the past year, and the relationships she’s built with both the educators and the children have been nothing short of beautiful. She starts three-year-old kindergarten next year, and I’m genuinely excited to watch her continue her journey with the centre. Her independence has grown in leaps and bounds — she even toilet-trained herself with the gentle support, encouragement and consistency from her amazing educators. I cannot thank the team enough for being such a steady, nurturing and supportive presence for her throughout her year in Toddlers. The love, patience and genuine interest they show in her wellbeing has made all the difference. Where We Grow truly lives up to its name — my daughter has absolutely blossomed.

My son attended here from 7 months old, recently pulled him out due to the distance. The educators are absolutely fantastic and very caring. Was hard pulling him out due to the care he always receives. My only slight issue is the reception staff don't come across as overly welcoming, often id feel a little uncomfortable checking him in and out. But overall I couldn't fault his carers, I'll miss them dearly
